HELP for warranty issue

Hi, i bought a Sapphire 4870 from DE Xcom shop in imbi, after 1 year, the card got problem, so i call the shop to ask for warranty, and they told me is only 1 year warranty for this brand, but i check online, and the seller in lowyat.net all given 2 year warranty. So i call again and ask for their distro / supplier name, they refuse to give me and keep on tell me only have 1 year for this product, so what can I do now ? TQ in advance 1st.

（八打灵再也29日讯）《南洋商报》探悉，2010年度财政预算案宣布的重组汽油补贴计划下，车辆引擎排量1500cc以下的车主将获得全面汽油补贴；1500cc至2000cc的车主可能获得50％汽油补贴；2000cc以上的车主可能不会获得汽油补贴。

政府和石油界消息今日透露，若无意外，包括巴士、罗里等商用车辆所获得燃油补贴将保持不变。

政府消息披露，新机制下，政府基本上会把车主分成3个阶层，即车辆引擎排量1500cc以下；1500cc至2000cc的车主，以及2000cc以上的车主。

每月固打添油量

本报日前报道，车辆引擎排量越小的车主，所获得汽油补贴将越高；相对的，车辆引擎排量越大的车主所获得汽油补贴将越低。据初步消息，车辆排量越小的车主所获得汽油补贴，将会比现有的每公升30仙提高不少。

消息对本报说，若政府保留每公升30仙，意味着车辆引擎排量1500cc以下的车主，将继续获得每公升30仙的汽油补贴。

消息披露，在新机制下，政府每个月会给予符合资格的车主一定的固打添油量，车主须在有关月份内添完有关油量。

消息提醒，若车主添不完有关油量，剩余的油量会被取消，他们不能把油量带到下个月使用。

仅一辆车享补贴

“而且，合格的车主，每人只享有一辆车的汽油补贴。举例说，若某车主拥有逾超过一辆车，只有一辆车享有汽油补贴，其余的车辆是不会享有汽油补贴的！”

据大马石油商公会主席哈欣说，政府现在给予车主的补贴是每公升30仙。

无论如何，消息强调，财政部、国内贸易、合作社及消费事务部、马银行及石油商公会等正在商谈整个新机制详情，包括真正的车辆引擎排量、补贴幅度、回扣方式等等，未有全面的方案。
