I'm connecting the Digi Huawei e5577 via usb cable to my desktop. Every time windows 10 start, the Digi broadband page will automatically open from my browser. Any sifu here know how to disable this behavior?

A good IP-QOS router modem?

Want to ask the expert is there any good QOS (Quality of Service) router modem in the market right now so I can set the maximum bandwidth to each devices connected in my home network?
Because my spouse will watch PPS or other online HD streaming from other devices such as Ipad / laptops / smartphones while I playing online games on PC.
You know guys, PPS or online streaming of video really kill the games.
I need that kind of router modem to set the bandwidth on IP address (not application priority on port).

I've not touch my desktop for so many years. Now I want to build a new gaming desktop. Need some help from expert and advice.

I want to build an Intel i-7 2600k with Nvidia GTX 580 graphic card. I have no idea what other parts will compatible or push this 2 hardware to max. Please give some advice thanks.
