Car Accident Insurance claim

2 weeks ago, my car kena langgar from the back at the north south highway, did my police report nearby at Kuala Kangsar. Waited 2 whole weeks from the Sargent to do my report.

The thing now is, for the Ori copy I have to go back to Kuala kangsar to get the report while right now I'm in KL. I called up and ask if I can send wakil to get it for me and I was told that I need to write a permohonan letter and mail to them, this process takes up time for them to confirm, so the wakil have to run twice to the balai just to get the report, plus I don't have friends that stay in Kuala Kangsar to do it for me I need to ask someone from penang which will be very inconvenient.

If I do it myself I have to run twice also first time just to buy the report and wait for them to process and then go again that's what the police told me. So the question is, is there a time limit for me to claim third party Insurance? Usually how long is it?

I haven't sent my car to the workshop yet because I need the Ori copy, can anyone tell me if they can accept just the salinan? So that I can just get it from nearby police traffic.. if anyone has good workshops nearby PJ can recommend me as well. This was my first time kena accident so there's a lot of things I'm still learning. Hope sifus sekalian can give me advice. Thanks!

Is it illegal for you take picture of a person's IC for your own protection? Let's say during a car accident, if the person want to settle privately so you take picture of the person's IC for your own protection just in case the person doesn't want to bear the responsibility.

After moving out of the shitty place that I rented previously, I then asked to return my utilities deposit, but ignore me kao kao. When I demanded for the third time that I'll will viral kao all the shitty problems she brought to me while I was renting if there's still no reply, in the end still to no avail.

I learnt my lesson liao, it's mostly landlady that cause all this drama shit, like normal life is too boring for them so wanna act real life TVB.

Come share your renting story, is it mostly involved with landlady?

Polis buat hal

I kena two times polis check already in less than a month. Both times also in parking lot, first time chit chat with colleague in parking lot near my car then two polis came to us say wanna do random check, just body check then let us go.

Then today, walaoo after coming out of my car, two police approached me say wanna hit quota, say nak buat random check, one of the police showed me the list of random people they have checked and just left one to fill, but this time check car also.. but they kept apologizing to me for wasting my time... All this while polis so rajin buat kerja or I just keluar from gua?

Poor Internet signal lately

Did u guys realised that recently the internet signal has been very poor in KL or penang, it might be due to the shutting down of 3g towers. I'm using sialcom now, thinking of switching to other operator I wonder which operator still operate their 3g towers. Hmmm 🤔

Edited: So I just realised that before gst was implemented i think it was priced at Rm1, later then when gst was first introduced it went up to Rm1.05 but for a short period of time only until Mc D absorbed the 5 cent and thus it remained @Rm1. So it's Mc D that brought down the price not Gst.

Extremely Underweight

First of all, I know i'm underweight at just 45kg/173cm, you don't have to tell me again. I'm tired of hearing that.. That's why I'm starting to make my thoughts into actions and reality. I know it may seems hard and even at mid-way I might fall back but it is better to try rather than not trying at all. Previously I had already started working out in gym and had been drinking mass gainer daily. It wasn't easy, Even before I finished up my protein I already stopped going to gym mainly because I was busy with studies.

It was early last year that I bought the mass gainer and started my workout but I wasn't really doing that much when near to mid year. After that, my gym workouts routine messed up, sometimes I do sometimes I don't until today. This is the 2nd time that I will be attempting, to really commit into gaining weight in the mean time building up my body. I hope this time it will last longer than I expected it to be.

The question is should I continue to buy another packet of mass gainer or can I buy whey protein which will do the same as well? I don't like the after-taste of the mass gainer which makes my teeth full of artificial sugary taste. Normally I would do my workout during evening and would consume the protein straight after workout and the after-taste would sometimes lasts until I go to bed which is why I don't like mass gainer that much.

Even though I know mass gainer would suits someone like me, but I want to know will I be able to do that with whey protein even if it takes a longer time for me to build my body.

First Love

A story about my first relationship and it lasted short. We have known each other since we were young because we attend the same church. Back in those days I was a very shy boy. We wouldn't talk much at all in church when we met. But things changed when I started to be more out going in 2015, so we started to text and getting to know each other little by little. One day, she went to Kedah for her matriculation studies for 1 year. But we still chat with each other on the phone like usual. After she finished her matriculation, she came back and we still meet each other only in church on every weekend.

We were just like normal friends, we treated one another like friend. But in my heart, I have already secretly fall in love with her. I didn't tell her because I always thought that she treated me as a friend and we wouldn't be together. Some of the nights we will be chatting until midnight, we discussed about any thing.

One fine day, I received a text from her asking if I was free. She said that she supposed to go out with her friend but her friend couldn't make it so she said "Just want to find a friend to have lunch with", without thinking too much because she mentioned that "friend" to go out with, so I thought it will be just a normal lunch. That was the first day we ever went out together. We went to Mc D, her favorite place. We talk talk talk, then after that I went to washroom and let her play with my phone then she took her own selfies with my phone. Back then she also kept on using my phone to selfie with other people but this time she only took her own selfie. But maybe because there is no "other people" also ma cause only both of us.

After I came back we talk again and we even selfie together like the first time ever we took our own selfie. Then later she suddenly said that she got something to ask me. She asked whether I like anyone, I said "Now no ah, last time I got like someone la", that "someone" I was actually referring to her then I said "but now i'm not sure because I don't really know if that "someone" likes me or not, so I didn't think too much d" .Then I asked her back, then she also said the same thing as me, she said "I like someone but I don't know whether he likes me or not". Then i told her to tell that person you like him la. Seriously I was so blur, I somehow thought that it was me but somehow I still thought she was referring to some other guy. Then she said "isn't it suppose to be guy who should initiate it ". Then I realized that guy she was referring to was actually me. We kinda indirectly poured out our feelings towards one another by referring to that "someone" as ourselves. At that moment I was like so stun, I didn't know what to say... Out of my mind I just said maybe you can call that "guy" to just be friend first don't be so hasty. And she was quiet for like a few seconds, then she said "okay I will tell that guy just be friend first." I cut off the indirect "someone", then I said to her maybe we can take things slowly and start from friends first. Damn me what was I even thinking at that time I like her but I didn't know how to tell her that I like her but instead I told her we should start from friend and get to know each other first. We have been friends for so many years since we were young and I still ask her that we should be friend first... I don't even know is it because I was speechless at that time so i just simply say something stupid like this or is it because I wasn't really ready for a relationship.Yeah, that was my first date in a Mc D. Well i'm not sure if it was a date in the first place (I will mention below why I thought of that)

I always thought that we are impossible to be together, I don't know why. So we started to go out more often. 2nd date we went out to a fancy cafe(Not really sure if it was a date). Before that, we discussed about where we want to go then she suddenly pop out a question, "is this a date?". Then I was so afraid, I afraid that after I say yes it is a date then she will not go out with me anymore. Because why would you ask the question if you know i'm actually dating you out. Then that time I just treat every outings of us as outings and not "dates". Because I didn't really confess to her yet and we are still friend because i called her to treat that "someone as friend first. And now thinking it back maybe because of that she thought that I friendzoned her and thus she asked that "is this a date" question, that I supposed to say yes "it is a date" but no... I said the opposite. Silly me...

We even went out for a movie, at first when I asked her for a movie I thought she will reject me but she just accepted that. That time I still thought that we are just friend so I treated that movie as an "outing" and not a "date". After few "outings", I always treated it as "get to know you more" and a lunch outing because we always go out at lunch time. Because she was always free during lunch time after her class. One time, she asked me out, I thought it would just be a normal lunch like we had. When we reached that place for lunch she just told me she got something to say to me. But she kept on saying later la I will tell you. But then after we finished our food she still hesitate to tell me. When we got into the car, then only she said to me "maybe this will be the last time I'm calling you out". I was shocked, I asked her why and she said she having that thoughts in her mind so she just say it out. So I asked her back what if I ask you out instead and not you calling me out, then she just laughed. Then she told me "friends don't go out like this, do they? And we are just friends" Then I realized maybe she wants me to declare our relationship. So I confessed to her that I have feelings for her and she told me she already knew about that. Then I said to her let's take things to the next level. Then she told me "maybe if you confessed to me that day when we were in Mc D I will accept it but now I don't really know. I tried to convince her then I offered my hand to her then I said “我们交往吧” means let's be couple. She thought for a while then we held each other hands. Surprisingly I didn't feel excited or happy after that incident because I always couldn't believe that i'm able to be with her. That same day she texted me, she said "Please give me some more time, I'm not ready to be involved in a relationship yet". I knew something would happen, that wouldn't go my way... somehow I just know. After that I gave her a call, from that call I learned that she was having busy times with her assignments and problems with her family. I felt that she was really stressed that time, too many problems came in her way. She also told me that her feelings towards me is on and off so she doesn't know what she wants. So I gave her some time to think about it, we still chatted but the conversations were not like what we had before that. We didn't go out since then because she was busy with her studies.

After some time, we went out again because we haven't met each other for quite some time because we were both busy. I thought by that time she would be ready for this relationship, so we talked things out. Then I realized that she is still not ready for our relationship, she said her feelings towards me is still on and off feelings. Through the talks we both had, there were many silent moments in it, but in the end of it we gave each other a hug and I said to her I will wait for her. We decided to be what we once were, friends.

After that we still meet each other in church but I was avoiding her and we didn't talk because I don't really know how should I face her anymore. When we chatted on the phone I reply to her message sometimes she took a long time to reply back sometimes fast sometimes slow, but still I couldn't hold a conversation with her because sometimes after one or two instant replies from her, she will be taking a really long time to reply back even her status is still "online". I'm not sure if she was chatting with another guy but I really was jealous about it so one day I didn't reply to her last message.

I thought to myself I should end this friendship, not because I couldn't wait for her anymore but somehow that slow replies got me thinking too much that I'm in the situation where it's even more impossible for us to be together. So I decided to end the friendship, I messaged her on Christmas eve and I said I couldn't take it anymore and I said I wanted to end this friendship. After that she didn't reply me, until the next day of Christmas day. We were meeting each other in church, she wanted to talk to me. She told me that even if I wanted to end this friendship she is still going to treat me as a friend. And she pulled out her hand towards me to shake my hand and wanting us to be friend... I know that I couldn't end this friendship either because we will still be seeing each other in church. I sent that messages to her is because that I was having an emotional day plus it was at night, you know things get really intense when it is at night, I thought way too much that night. I really didn't want to lose any contact with her in the first place, I wanted to end this friendship is because that I need to forget her and if we were still in contact with each other, I will still be thinking of her every second of my life. I really did not know what to do, I have never experienced all these things. Everything was so new to me I really did not know how to handle it. That moment I really didn't want to be her friend, all I really want is to be her partner. But I shook her hand anyway, because I know that both of us will not be together anymore but still as friends.

I told her we shouldn't have started in the first place, but it wasn't really what I wanted to say. I wanted to say to her that, you will become a part of my memories that I will always remember and keeping it deep down inside my heart.

That's when my love life sucks.

System image restoration

Guys I need serious help!!!

I fresh installed the windows 10 on my surface pro 4 using a bootable USB and deleted all the partitions. Everything was smooth I got a newly installed windows 10.

I created a recovery image backup in my hard disk. And now I have a hard time restoring the image. I don't know what to do next.

Hard Disk Recovery

So I was creating a bootable usb recovery through windows media creation, while it was downloading the windows 10. I thought I could backup all my files in my hard disk while waiting for it to download because it says "You can continue to use your pc". So I unplugged my pendrive and I inserted my hard disk into my pc and do all the backup. Then the download just happened to be finished while I was doing the backup and it just made my hard disk into a bootable usb recovery and all my data inside the hard disk is gone... before it made it into bootable drive, it asked me for permission to reformat the drive but I clicked no and it still do it anyway...

After hours of looking in the web. I used software recover to recover back my files, the files are still there but I can't managed to recover it back with one of the free software but with the other software I was able to recover back my files but it was a freemium software it only give me 2gb of storage that I can recover.
