Window 7 stuck at Loading screen

Hi, does anyone encounter this before? the computer will stuck at loading screen (Blue with please wait on it) ?? I have to uninstall the latest window update in safe mode to overcome this issue and is there any alternative to prevent such from happening? it was so annoy that window keep updating useless fix that won't finish loading.. Btw, please don't ask me to turn off the auto window update option.. if there was no other option then i will close this topic soon.. thanks
