I should get a size bigger.

Notes:
1) as can be seen from receipt, this new arrival shoes was bought (2019) at Sunway Pyramid by RM565.00 at 26/2/2019. I am now selling with RM115 deduction. So is a huge price cut for a 1 day used shoes.

2) I have my feet measured while sitting in the shop, then try this pair and another pair with a size bigger. During fitting actually both pairs feel ok. Staff recommends me get a right size (the size they measure, which is this shoes size) because they claim the shoes expand after use. I take their advises, turn out to be bad advise. I later find out online by myself that the feet size measurement should be done with standing posture, not sitting. Guess that's the reason they measure me a size smaller.

3) I like everything about this shoes just that after worn it for about 2 hrs my instep (top of the foot) will feel pain one tiny spot. Enough to make me feel not tolerable. During fitting I wasn't realize this because the feeling only came after 2hrs of wearing. I am not selling it because it is defective but simply because I don't think it will expand to the point my feet feel comfortable. I will probably get myself another pair with different color but a size bigger if I successfully sell this one.

4) First thing after purchase I already put on leather shoes cream to protect the leather. So the shine will appear darker a bit in my photo. If you prefer original shine then just simply get some shoes cream remover to remove the protective film.

5) Unable to return to shop to replace because already worn it. (as stated in receipt)

6) So after considering for a long time I decided to sell it as 1 day used shoes instead of continuing using it with the hope that it will expand enough (which I highly doubt, given this shoes construction is so good).

7) You can know more about this shoes from Clarks website: Clarkdale Gobi MAHOGANY LEATHER

As stated on the box the power adapter is indeed not part of the item in the box. It requires separate purchase. I believe my sister that time did not choose to purchase the YAMAHA brand power adapter, but went for a 3rd party one instead.
3) No booklet user manual available. But you can easily download it from YAMAHA website: User Manual (Click here)

This is a heavy load carrier rucksack from Germany brand.
2. It has heavy duty material construction (CORDURA fabric) and thick padding for carrying comfort.
3, It has 75L of volume, expandable another 10L at the top.
4. it has water bladder compartment in the main compartment, bladder hole is at the top middle at the back. But I never used water bladder with this rucksack before.
5. I added few black straps myself (removable). Thus the different look than picture in official website.
6. To understand more on the spec and features of this tough rucksack, you can visit:

(i) This model in the video below is slightly newer than mine, but 95% of the features described are identical.

(ii) Tatonka Bison 75 Click Here

7. Tatonka Bison is the premium range of trekking rucksack in the Tatonka rucksack series.
8. I take extremely good care of it and thus its condition is almost like new. No smell, no major ugly stain, no damage on strap.
9. I need fund for a smaller rucksack so I am letting go this one which is very under utilized by me.
10. This rucksack originally does not come with a rain cover, nor does it has a dedicated compartment designed for rain cover, kindly be informed on this.
11. The lid is non-removable, but it has a long strap that can let user stuff a lot of items under it and tighten.
12. It has a very wide range of adjustable torso system, thus it can accommodate wide range of torso length.
13. It weight about 3.2kg, so it is a heavy bag. It reflects the amount of material used in the construction of this bag.

Asus Zenpad 3S 10 (Z500KL) startup problem

I have two units of Asus Zenpad 3S 10 (Z500KL) for my parents and both demonstrate the same issue.

When I start the device from off, or restart it from use, 3 out of 5 times, it will get stuck at the pin insert stage.
I will not be able to insert any pin or click anything, the screen does sense I click it but it appears that the input is not read by the device, just the screen response i have click it.

Video here shows what I mean.

So I have to click and hold on the power button for very long till it forced restart again. I will have to do this over and over till it can hit a lucky time where I can insert the pin, after that device will be load up normally and can function normally.

Strange behaviour, not sure is software bug or hardware defective. But both units I have also demonstrate the same issue.

Any user out there having the same issue?

Another question, any user out there feel that the left and right button at the bottom of the device kind of very insensitive to touch? have to touch multiple trial to successfully click it. （I have 3rd party tempered glass installed by the way).

Why my dog leg injury can never recover?

The above picture shows the swell part on my mother's Shih Tzu dog front left leg.

Some background on the dog medical history.
She is a female, about 7 to 8 years old, is never spayed and never had any pregnancy before neither.
Have breast cancer for some years, but due to 1st vet that my mother regularly visit said that there is nothing can be done, so the tumor is not removed until middle of this year where I took the dog to another vet and this vet said it can be removed, and so it does.

As for the injury on the front left leg, as far as I remember, it should started some years ago when the dog accidentally cut and wounded herself on something sharp. That time the wound was cleaned, bandaged, and later it just healed.

Since then, every 4 to 5 months, the same spot will swell (like in the picture). It will eventually getting bigger and bigger. Then the dog cannot walk with 4 legs anymore. The skin on the swell area will eventually break by its own, then it will bleed and the swell will immediately reduced, the dog also can immediately walk back on 4 legs after the bleeding. Then after about a week the wound will recover.

Then the dog can live like normal for about 4 to 5 months, then this cycle will repeat. So it never seems to be cure completely.

My mother brought the dog to the vet (the regularly visit one) and the vet just said it is an old dog, wound is hard to completely cure, so it will re-occurs over and over again, no way to permanently heal it. Just let it bleed when it is swell.

I haven got the chance to consult another vet which conducted the surgery.

Just want to inquire users here who have experience in this, does this kind of swell wound happen usually on dogs?
Is it not possible to permanently heal it?
I do not exactly know what is wrong with the swell area.

****************
Update 06-12-2016
****************
The following photo shows how it looks like after the swell skin is broken and bleed.

Doesn't seem to have any foreign object trapped in it. Well, at least from my average joe eyes sight.

*****************
Update 14-12-2016
*****************
The following photos show the current state. Almost healed.
But from past experience after heal, stay normal, then re-wound again.

Help on identify different type of hot melt glue

Just bought a hot melt glue gun. Inside the box contains some glue sticks. But they all are in different colors, I suppose different color best for different application surfaces. However the user manual does not explain the meaning of the different color of glue sticks.

Can anyone tell me what are these colors mean? They have black, white, grey and yellow.

The IT person says can configure to Windows 10. The usage pattern in office is as you can expect, never turn off only log out.

6yrs old already.

My own usage will be: normal home use (office paper work, web surfing, watch full HD video) + 2 resource intensive thing I recently pick up: Photo editing (photoshop) and video editing (full HD, plan to go 4K in near future, Adobe Premier). So far I never game anything. Currently using HP Elitebook 6930p.

With this price I can get a laptop with GeForce 960M I guess. So wonder what do you guy think? Opinion highly appreciated.

Is it allowed to move water meter to outside?

I would like to know legally speaking does house owner allowed by law to re-position the government water meter at entry from inside of the house to outside of the house?

My parents house is old type of terrace house and the water meter is at the inside of the house from day 1.
Now i wish to install a filter and I need some space, I was thinking might as well ask the plumber to help me re-position the water meter to outside of the house.
But I am not sure is it legal to do that on our own.
I know a lot of new terrace house has the meter at outside nowadays, but that was installed by the developer from scratch. Now I am planning to do it on my own. I think the whole street I am the only house will do that if it eventually happen, so if it is illegal it will be pretty obvious to spot in my opinion.

The pic shows my current water meter:

I wish to do something like this (not my house picture):

Light Gym Bench, need recommendation

My father is 70yrs old, during his youth he was a body builder. But I am zero knowledge on body building and all kind of fitness related knowledge.
For the past many years he has been suffering from some body joint weakness and could not move his body a lot.
Recently he is getting better. Few days ago he watched in Astro Go Shop on a gym bench product which I attach the link as follow:

exton-total-core-fitness-machine

He is very keen on getting one to try to get some exercise for his weaken body and asked me to purchase it. I look at it and is kind of skepticism about the commercial claimed features and usefulness.

My major concerns are:
1) How safe is this product? My dad is about 80kg. He is kind of a brute force man. Will the component breaks apart when he exerts force on it.
2) How reliable is this product? Will it actually going to last for few years for the RM200 I spend. The rubber ropes seem to be the first thing to get deteriorate in less than a year.
3) In the eyes of gym user, is this kind of product really does any good use to body? I mean does it really able to train your muscle or the spring and rubber is just too weak it is more like a joke than a real gym training machine.

I have read the review in the link, and a lot of buyers complain about damage part upon shipping and component that does not last, not to mention the shitty customer service. I am not feeling comfortable to spend my money on this.

So I am trying to do some survey myself now. I am willing to spend up to RM500, I prefer to go to a real shop, touch the product and try it out myself to verify the three aspects I mentioned earlier.

Thus this bring out my question of opening this thread, can any experience user here recommend any reputable gym bench product to me?
Please note that I need it to be fold-able like the Exton as I have limited space at home.
Of course if you guys think that this kind of product is just gimmick then please let me know also, then I just cancel the idea.

I check in Lazada, similar product is also around the price range of RM200 to RM300. Some have extra springs (this Exton only has 2, some has 4). I guess you get what you pay for. I just want an useful, reliable and safe product for my father to use.

After some search I am currently eyeing on this:

Gym AB Six Pack Care / X-Bike Exercise Fitness Bench Chair Equipment

Again I am not sure this gym machine is just a joke and gimmick or really got use.

Nikon vs Canon DSLR lens mount, real world diff.

I am browsing through internet for some DSLR review & comparison between Canon 5D Mark III and Nikon D810 to prepare for my purchase of an used unit of either one.
It will be my first DSLR, no lens in my hand, so I am basically free to jump in to any system.
I am not a newbie in photography and not keen to start at entry level DSLR as I already been into this hobby for some years just not by using an SLR or DSLR.

I come across this article when thinking to choose between Nikon or Canon DSLR:

Nikon F vs Canon EF lens mount

While the content of the article should be fact, I wonder in real world usage and real world experience, how much those differences going to affect the user. Because from the article it can be seen that it is implying other than backward compatibility with older lens, Nikon lens mount system seems to suffer more disadvantages compare to Canon lens mount system (with regard to full frame system). While these facts might be true on paper, I am wondering is the same can be said when come to real world experience.

Beside, the article is also a year old, Nikon technology might have improved, the difference mentioned might be even smaller.

The articles mention few important points, which I summarize as below:

a) Canon lens can be easily built to have larger aperture (faster lens), while Nikon lens if want to achieve the same, either too costly or impractical. So there is more fast lens in Canon than in Nikon.

b) Nikon lens can be used on Canon body, Canon lens cannot be used on Nikon body, reducing Nikon user opportunity of choice of lens.

I would like to ask Nikon DSLR user here,

1) Have you ever feel in agreement with the weakness of Nikon lens mount system mentioned in the article?

2) While on paper the content of the article might be true, but in real world usage, have you encounter such situation where the Nikon lens mount system "features" has causes you to feel disappointed or frustrated? I do not use the term "weakness" as I do not think it is a weakness, just a consequence of the design philosophy chosen by Nikon.

********

A question not related to this topic: Does any one knows when will Canon releases the 5D Mark IV? I guess suppose is this year. Although I am not planning to get it but if I buy 5D mark III after mark IV is released I think I can get a cheaper price, albeit I am yet to confirm to jump into Canon system yet.

*********

H4 headlamp relay harness cable -- Need Help

Hi there. I hope those who are using or knowledgeable about the H4 relay harness, or more commonly known as headlamp booster cable can give me some advises here.

I bought a Kaier H4 relay harness from a forumer here, plan to install on my parent's Kancil.
If you google H4 relay Kaier in Lelong, you should be able to see what kind of cable I bought.

I dare not to say I am 100% understand how the Kancil and the relay wiring work, but I do confidently think that I am 90% understand.

So I installed the relay:
1) The red cord from the fuse goes directly to battery + terminal.
2) The 3 pins H4 male plug of the relay kit plugged into the left lamp original H4 female socket. (Kancil battery at left side).
3) The 3 holes H4 female socket of the relay kit plugged into the H4 bulb, and the black cord from this socket is connected to a bolt on car body.
4) The right lamp original H4 socket is unplugged and is left like that, so it is useless now.
5) The 3 holes H4 female socket of the relay kit, but at the long side, is plugged into the right lamp H4 bulb, and the black cord from this socket is connected to a bolt on car body.

Then I turned on low beam. Works perfectly.
Then I turned on high beam, strangely, the low beam of both lamps keep illuminating, but there is no high beam coming out from either lamp.

I made some trials and errors, and I discovered that:

1) If I keep the right lamp original H4 socket plugged to the right lamp H4 bulb (i.e. nothing change from original state), and have the left lamp connected to the relay kit only, both lamps will have a functioning high beam.
2) This will work regardless of I connect the relay socket from the short side or the longer side, to the left lamp H4 bulb. So I think this should mean all the soldering and connection of the relay kit H4 socket are perfectly fine.
3) But as soon as I unplugged the right lamp socket (so now no power supply to right lamp), the left lamp, which has relay kit connected to, will have its high beam stop working. Only low beam working.
4) This makes me wonder is the high beam wiring of Kancil is a series circuit, not parallel circuit, so I plugged in back all original sockets to both left and right lamps, and then taking left off, only have the right on, and vice versa. This experiment verifies that the Kancil high beam is parallel circuit.
5) So I guess the problem is at the relay wiring. There is 2 relays on this kit, very logic, cause one for high beam, one for low beam.
6) But to my surprise, one relay is a 5 pins relay, another is a 4 pins. I was expecting both to be 4 pins after I read up this web:
Relay Harness
and look at the circuit diagram:

The author only make use of 4 pins relay, or if he use 5 pins, he left the 87a pin open.

7) However for my relay kit, the 5 pins relay has all its pins connected to wires (I am surprised). The 4 pins relay also has all its pins connected to wires (this one is expected).

8) The 4 pins relay is definitely used for high beam only because when I have the relay kit plugged to the left lamp, during low beam, I take out the 4 pins relay, the left lamp low beam is still on, nothing happens. During high beam, if I take it off, high beam will be off. So quite certain about this guess.

9) The 5 pins relay will then should logically has its purpose for low beam only. But during high beam is ON, if I remove the 5 pins relay, my left lamp will be completely turned off (both high and low beam).

I am still waiting the seller feedback. At the moment I cannot, or rather I do not dare to cut the wire tube to find out which wires connect to which pins in the 5-pins relay because worry it might make me unable to get a refund or return should this be a faulty product.

I would like to ask those who used relay before, do you encounter this before? Any idea how to solve it?
The objective is to have the high beam functioning as normal with the relay kit installed.

Where can I buy panel/trim removal tool?

I am looking for a shop in the Klang Valley region that sells the following kind of tool for plastic trim and fastener/retainer removal process.

I can easily find it in ebay, amazon but if there is local shop carries it then I wish to purchase locally instead.

These tools are the right tool for removing plastic or soft material trim without scratching them. I knew a screw driver will manage to open the trim too but it does it at the cost of scratching. Some of the tools in the picture shown above are more specifically designed for HU removal process.

Anyone knows where can I buy it from Klang Valley region?
I have visited several car part shop and those guys do not know what is it, they just ask me use screw driver of various size

Used Lenovo Thinkpad W510 RM1k, still worth it?

A friend asked me do I want to buy an used Lenovo Thinkpad W510 at price RM1000 from someone he knows.
I think it is about 4 to 5 years old model already. Age of item not sure as I not ask the seller to provide further detail yet.
Just want to survey here this model at this time now is it still worth this kind of price? Cause I think the latest Thinkpad W series now is W540.

The original user has it as a company workstation for graphic design. Now his company upgrading laptop so this unit is letting out.

No bag, nothing. Just laptop plus the power adapter.

My own usage is photoshop editing and video editing, I do not play game. Normal web surfing, watch HD movie. that's it. Most computational demanding usage i will ever need is the photoshop editing and video editing software only. Perhaps the HD movie or video playback need to emphasize a bit since I experience before some highend workstation kind of lag in playing high definition video.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Where can I buy iphone 6/6+ with 0% installment

Need some help here.

I am planning to buy iphone 6+ 128GB (Grey) [if no stock then iphone 6]. But I wish to purchase it with the 0% interest monthly installment plan with Maybank credit card, as currently I have many necessary purchase to be done simultaneously due to my new job requirement. So an installment plan will give me less strain on my cash flow.

It is also unfortunate that I have to get it done before 1st week of January 2015 as I am flying around that time.

Can anyone of you suggest to me which shop offer this kind of purchase option?

I do not want telco plan contract as my usage nature put me at a disadvantage if bond by the contract. I barely talk or sms.

I am from Klang Valley region.

Freight Forwarder that using sea shipment

Not selling service here but looking for service provider or recommendation of company that provide such service.

I am looking for service provider or company that offers shopping service in Europe or USA, then ship to Malaysia, but using sea shipment, not by air. Because I buy in bulk or the item consume volume and I do not mind waiting several months.

I am aware of a lot of companies that offer freight forwarder service such as HopShopGo and similar kind of website but they all using air freight which of course is fast but I do not requires such fast delivery (as my items are not urgent and will not expire in couple of years), so I wish to take more advantage in the sea shipment to have lower shipment fee.

If you are aware of such company or you are this kind of service provider, please inform me. Thank you.

Stuff that I usually buy: automotive detailing products, they all usually in liquid form in a gallon container. And some accessories such as brushes, towels, trigger sprayer, etc. Definitely no illegal items but definitely consume space (is gallon liquid product after all).

Advise needed, used car within RM20K - 25K

Hey good day to all.

I am planning to buy a used car. I don't pay too much attention on car previously, so I am not well aware about the market value, maintenance issue, etc about used car. I hope I can get some advises from the community here.

The following are my requirements:

Budget: RM20K is the most wallet-comfortable, not exceed RM25K.
Maker: Local or foreign cars are within consideration.
Usage: City drive, so fuel efficient and cheap maintenance are my priority, small type of car is favorable.
Year: Hopefully not more than 5 years old. But this is not a strict requirement.
Features: (i) 4-doors car
(ii) Boot is not important, tailless car is acceptable.
(iii) Manual or auto transmission is fine.
(iv) Better not less than 1.00cc. But for fuel consumption concern, not more than 1.5cc neither.

What I plan to do with this car is I am going to use it for about 5 to 8 years, then I will pass it to my parents for daily use. So the 3rd hand price of the car is not really my concern because I don't plan to sell it again.
On the other side, since there is already a MyVi in my family so I preferably do not want to buy another MyVi again. However, if the conclusion I found here is towards MyVi, it is within consideration also.

I myself have surf through some used car website, i have some ideas on the options:

(1) Perodua Viva 1.0cc {i think Elite will be beyond budget, so I mean the normal Viva}

(2) Proton Saga 1.3

(3) Hyundai Accent 1.5 {i found that this car really cheap among used car, I think there must be weaknesses that I do not yet know}

(4) Hyundai Atos 1.0

(5) Hyundai Atos Prima 1.1

(6) NAZA Sutera 1.1

(7) Proton Saga LMST

Of course, I welcome suggestion other than the car listed above. Any comment on the strength and weaknesses of the cars mentioned above are most welcome. Any advise also welcome.

Looking forward to hear from any generous reply. Thank you in advance.
