Dear k,

This is my story. I once left my workstation unlocked when working on a university essay. My course mate was sitting in the same PC lab where i was working. So I went to the toilet for 5 mins and did not log off cos i thought nothing will happen cos well..it's only 5 mins. Cue the next day and i caught the guy working in the PC lab with my PRINTED copy of my essay. I glanced through the paper whilst walking in the lab and recognised it immediately. BUSTED!

So after that I learnt to log off everytime I left. This happened 2 years ago.

OK, fast forward to now and i am now doing masters. Was working in the library with a course mate and helping him with the INDIVIDUAL assignment cos i am such a nice person. So i told him i am going to go away to get something to eat and log-off my laptop (ya i am teh smart!).

DUM DUM DUM

so went i came back i awaken my laptop from sleep and found the following message (or something like this):

"the password you entered is wrong. password hint: xxx"

my f***ing coursemate who i was helping cause i was nice is trying to access my laptop! (we were doing coding so i've spent countless hours on it)

This is a lesson for today folks: Trust no one.

how to cook indomie curry

Guys,

I am studying in the UK and I bought a box of indomie curry flavour from Amazon (o yeah).

I am so confused on how to cook this. Instruction on the back says I have to strain the water and only then put the flavour. But then it becomes like mee goreng and taste salty as f***. I tried putting less seasoning so it doesn't taste as salty but it still tastes like crap.

Not giving up, I put water, just like how I cook maggi. I don't even put a lot of water and it taste bland and watery as hell. I bought the curry flavour because I want to have it with soup but it tastes totally wrong and the instruction say to cook like mee goreng.

So how do I cook this exactly? I knew I should have gotten the mee goreng flavour....damn it... one box is like 60 packets so I have too much of this stuff

Anyone had any experience with this co before?

I have interview coming up for Associate position just wondering how they compared with other consultancies? Obviously below MBB but from my research the consulting works that they do is a lot more interesting compared to Accenture or Big 4s since they focus more on strategy like McKinsey...

Anyone know what is their starting? The people who worked there seems to have rather impressive education background. (a lot of Oxford and Cambridge grads)

I always thought this is unfair... some wimminz can really transform from 3/10 to 7/10 thru make up technique alone..

with guys WYSIWYG.... a 3/10 is a 3/10... can probably go to 5/10 with nicee clothing and hair at most...

it's unfair...

what does /k/ think? am i just butthurt?

ps. 3/10 is rating system based on appearance

Normally i ordered 'medium rare' but recently changes to 'medium well' as everytime i ordered medium rare the steak will be more like rare....

anyone brave enough to try 'blue' before? Barely cooked steak lol...

i'm very butthurt rite now...

why the craap is it that drivers on fed highwy like to change lanes when the traffic is so jammm its barely moving...

i cannot brain some of their move...

for exempler:

myvi was on the slow lane, then give signal to move to fast lane. I had to break but its ok, i'm cool. car was moving at < 10km/hr on ALL lane. 50 metres later, myvi gave signal to go to left exit. now im butthurrrttt.....

if u wannna go left y the fark would u stay on the right when u r already on left orignally!!!!

this is not a one off either, ive seen this shite so many times.. /

hello /k

so i went to kayu kopitiam (same as kayu nasi kandar but differen decor concept) at seksyen 7 shah alam just now and ordered a maggi goreng ayam....

But when i went to the cashier it says rm 7.20 on their machine thingy and i was like fuuuuuuuu..... i only ordered maggi goreng ayam satu bungkus so i assume they put one packet of maggi only...

is this normal price for maggi goreng nowadays ah?? normally i ordered mee goreng ayam and it's not as expensive...

thank god it tastes nice... will order again although it's a bit expensive

will try different mamak next time...
