Ok i have experience previously where this foreign student (middle east) have problem paying, delay rental, and worst in the end destroyed my furnitures.

As my property is in cyberjaya, most of the prospect are them, but however there are few locals who interested to.

Do you have same experience or issit me got a bad tenant previously? are they the one you put last in your list? thanks

Dj truout all the astro channel litefm hitsfm mix fm they sounds over excited and too noisy.. On top our Radio advertisement make the same noise as well. It's basically a very noisy box when u turn on your radio especially in the peak hours. It's Fkin peaceful after I off it now

this morning news Iran have started bombing US base in Iraq and Lebanon. US have said they will retaliate when this happen. So US will be joining the war.
Soon Iran will be join by the rest of Middle east and will become US-Israel vs Middle east .. known as Holy War in the bible. which believed to lead to Armageddon.
US and Nato will soon use the Ukraine excuse to touch Russia. EU will join. China will involve to defend Russia. US will use this chance to attack China from Taiwan/Japan. North Korea will involve. At this rate N,Korea will attack S.Korea.

Us will target Malaysia sooner or later as claim we are pro Hamas. Just like they did to Iraq last time. PMX will be Sadam.

Question is why UN / the Brits assign a land to be given to Israel then that created this eternal war?
Why dont they give an empty land like in Russia or india for the Jews to live in?

that day i in mall and now they have china car selling just 80k full electric charge. very impressive specs too

In that case i foresee in 5 years no one really need petrol car once proton and perodua start making it. so how will petronas and arab end up?

Paying deposit to painter

so he came to look my house and quoted me with an invoice

now he ask for 50% deposit before work commence said need for buy paint
problem.. is that genuine? he dont even have a shop..what if he take money and dissappear? but the account name is under his paint company.

any advice here to protect my interest?

My question is missing just like that.. So easy? So they not have sop to check the driver or ppl who sort the parcels? I have strong feeling is kept by them as they know is valuable items.

Just ordered 3 pizza all of them like cheseeless...
I thought pizza is suppose to be cheesy like when you pull them you see those cheese. But domino is like thin biscuit put some topping and almost invisible cheese.
