Video Card Recomendation for RM700

Just thinking about upgrading my video card finally. I'm running a HD4870 (yeah it's old i know) and am thinking it's time to move up.

So last time I was looking into this, the HD 7900 was recommended. Now we have the R series from AMD. Currently my budget is around RM700 for the upgrade.

Where do I start?

PC cannot boot after upgrading CPU

Guys i need help.

My brother just upgrade his Celeron 430 CPU to a C2D E6400. When he switch on his PC the fans start but there is no picture on the screen and the PC does not boot.

When put his old CPU (Pentium D) back in everything is fine again. What seems to be the problem?

The price difference is a lot... RM809 for 1gb 6950 vs RM999 for Winfast gtx570
