last year i got an offer which is double my salary...
but company counter offer with promotion n increment 1k immediately once i stay (but i still rejected)
they gave another counter offer was when starting of year 2012 another promotion with another 1k.. which is damn attractive (more than what i got outside) and at the end i decided to stay

but now...
...
...
now only +375...
which is less than what i got from other company last year...
...

that's y i see what's the response first then only at least i can get some ppl to ask for.

ok, i am talking about in engineering field, steel fabrication, job is doing estimation. qualification is diploma, but already got 5 years experience.

1) Bachelor of Manufacturing Management with Honour - Open University Malaysia
2) Bachelor of Business Administration in Management - Wawasan Open University
3) Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales & Marketing - Wawasan Open University

Can anyone give some opinion bout the courses as well as the Universities above?
