Setup Cichild fish tank

Hi guys,
I'm new into this aquarium hobby. Want to ask some noob questions to Otai here. I would like to keep Cichlid as they look colorful and kind of aggresive inside the aquarium. I'm planning to get 2 feet tank which is around 70 ringgit.
My is questions is
1. How many fish can be fit into 2 feet aquarium? lets say i wanna keep 2 inch fish
2. Is that Cichlid easy to take care ?
3. I'm don't know which filter should i used. The problem is different shop suggested a different system.

Geforce GTS250 not able to handle C&C 3, warcraft

Need expert advice.
My pc spec is Core2Duo E7500, 2GBx2 Corsair Gaming RAM, Gigabyte Geforce GTS 250 1GB, Asus P5B Premium mobo, Xigmatek PSU.
The problem is i am not able to play games like war craft and command and conquer 3. The game will freeze after 5 min playing. It will freeze about 10 seconds and i can continue play but will freeze again after 10 or 15 min. After a while, gpu artifact effect occur. I have try to lower the settings but not avail. FYI, i have no problem playing games like wolfenstein, guitar hero, NFS shift. Pls advice

I have to built one network (Headquaters) and connect it to branches. Im using VPN to make a secure connection between HQ and branches. So can you all comments on my diagram below. I just get confusing with DMZ segment. Thanks
