Tenant move out without notice!

Hi, I got a condo rented to Turkish people since last Nov, the rental payment is OK since then. But early this month of June when I want to collect the June rental (rental suppose received every 5th of each month), these Turkish tenant seems disappear, I went there 3 times within this month but I still cannot find them. I don’t have their contact, every month I collected the rent in cash.

I got a strong feeling they already move out, coz the letter inside the mailbox never collected and I did asked the neighbour nearby, they claimed never see them since few weeks already.

So what can I do now? I cannot just waiting forever, they have lock the condo, can I just ask the locksmith to open it? will I be charged breaking in without permission? Do I need to report to police first? Please advise, thanks.

Apacer AL460 media player cannot play FLV

hi all, i just bought a Apacer AL460 media player, the product specs stated can play the flv file, but when i try to play the flv file (download from Youtube), it just shows 'invalid file'.... Any ideas how to solve it? Thanks in advance!
