New Gaming Rig

I need some opinions on the new rig that I will soon be building.

Questions:
1) Is a H110M motherboard sufficient? I do not plan on having multiple graphics card.

2) I do not plan on overclocking, but i've researched about i5 6500, 6600 and the 6600k and it seems that i5-6500 has the better price/performance ratio. However, 6600k is more future proof because of the overclocking and the better market share in the future. If I were to go for the 6600k, I'll have to get a Z board and a decent CPU cooler which would increase my budget by around RM 600+-. So which CPU should I choose?

I'm planning to get the ASUS A550CC-XX309 ( I3 version ). Is this laptop good enough for normal usage such as microsoft word, surfing the net, light gaming such as minecraft, terraria..

I can't find any reviews on this laptop, maybe because it is new. How are the speakers of this laptop? How long does it take for the laptop to wake up from sleep mode? How is the resolution? How good is the battery life?
