I have bought 3 properties. A. Service Residence Loan 85% ,B. Condo Loan 90% C. Studio Loan 70%

I sold A and planning to buy another new service residence with commercial title. Do i get to apply to 90% or 70% loan from bank?

Thing is Talam has never pay assessment and quit rent and Talam is already bankrupt.
