Hey people of the hardwares. I almost never visit this subforum, count this as my first.
I'm not sure whether to post this in here or the software, but it involves my printer so...

I'm using a Dell All-In-One 810 printer, and few weeks ago my brother was printing assignments,
cut the story short, he inserted the paper wrongly, and it got paper jam,
him being impatient and all he just forcefully pulled out the paper out of the printer while the "roller" was still moving.
and now the printer still "thinks" it has a paper jam, and will not print any other documents.

I've tried deleting the whole thing and reinstalling it, deleting all the documents on hold, and every software which relates to it...
nothing's working.

and the power button seem to be blinking trying to indicate something.
I followed instructions on the net to "press and hold" power button but it has no response.
so people! what should I do?
before I call customer service...again.

Hello there I don't know if there's a thread about this, but if there is, please give me the link.

But here's my problem.
I bought my camera, a Canon IXUS 860IS about 7-8 months ago.
And just last week after I came back from mountain hiking @ Maxwell Hill a.k.a Bukit Larut, I found a small gray spot on my LCD monitor.
It doesn't effect quality of pictures but it's rather disturbing to see it in this condition, and I'm afraid that it will grow larger or some sort

A few things might cause this, I'm not too sure.
-Condensation inside? Cause Bukit Larut is quite cold on top.
-Pressure? it was about 700m above sea level.
-Knocks on the body. [I carried it up with the cover in my bag, and I was off-road, so anything might have happen.]

I'm no pro photographer, but I love my camera very much.

And the thing is, I have everything in my camera box but my receipt and warranty card.

Now I am looking for:
-A DIY solution.
-Anyone who can help me fix this. [offer me]
-Anyone close with the FOTOKEM boss in Subang Parade who would graciously give me a new warranty card?

Any form of help is well appreciated
