Defect Complaint, what's next?

Hi!

I have submitted my complaints and lately i called the developer regarding the progress. Just now, the developer called me and said, according to contractor my house has been repaired.

Is there any checklist, form or any b&w I need to sign as a proof of completion of defect rectification? Or, i can just check on my own and if it's done, then i can move to my house?

Thank you.

Same Rate but No MRTT

Dear all,

I asked for RM165000 loan and bank approved with RM8000 MRTT so total RM173000 with rate -2.3. Recently i just knew about MLTT but bank told me that without MRTT, the rate will be different.

Is it possible for me to ask for the loan amount to be RM173000 (just for house) but at the same time get rate -2.3? And take MLTT.

Or any other suggestion? i want the same rate but without MRTT.
