Condo in ampang area

Hi,

I am looking at properties around Ampang area and came across Tiara Ampang, Tiara Duta and One Ampang avenue. Can I get some opinions on these 3 properties for both own staying or investment. Is the money worth buying for these properties. Tiara Ampang around 260k to 270k, Tiara Duta for around 200k and One Ampang Avenue 250k++. More or less 1000 sq feet.

Access secondary sata drive

Hi,

I have this western digital drive that does not boot up and undetectable. I got a new hard disk and tried to access the spoilt drive from the new drive. After boot to windows can see that it is connected cause it appears in the Safely Remove Hardware task icon. But when I tried to access it through the Computer Management -> Disk Management the spoilt drive did not appear and so can't initialize it.
So does this means the data inside the disk is not recoverable?
Are there any way that I can do to retrieve the files?

Get connection after boot up pc

Hi,

After shutting down pc, when start back I found that I need to restart my pc in order to get connection to streamyx. Is there anything I could do to get connection every time I boot up my pc without restarting pc again. Using windows xp. Thanks.

Hi,

Is investing in foreign currency fixed deposit subjected to a withholding gevernment tax. I receive a reply with the following terms and condition. Is this tax applicable to all overseas investment? Thanks.

The interest earned from a FCY FD is subject to the normal 5% government withholding tax. However, for FCY FD up to RM100,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency or FCY FD with tenure of 12-month or more, the interest earned is fully exempted from withholding tax for resident individual.

Hi

Anybody here worked in E2Open before? How is the working environment there for this mnc company. I went to their website and see the board of directors all very highly qualified from IBM company to seagate. But not sure about the Malaysia branch management.
