Logo and banner designing

Hi guys,

I would like to refer to all sifus, gurus and seniors here on what software should I use for logo amd banner designing.

I have some ideas on my logos and banner but don't know how to draw and design them.

I actually resorted freelancer to design some of my ideas. Some I thought I want to design by myself.

And some I did it using power point and paint.

Well I faced some limitation when using power point in terms of shapes and fonts. Sometimes feel like want to draw it but don't know how.

Sifus, gurus please advise.

working in organisation + doing business

hi guys,

im writting to search for an answer whether or not legal and possible to have a proper business while you are working in organisation.

last time i remember, i have heard several times people said that you cant have a business i.e. registering a company under your name, or even being a partner in business while you are working in a company where you have monthly payroll and employer contribution to your EPF account.

but, several times also i have heard and seen people doing business while they working in my company.

i know somehow that as long as you dont get caught by HR of your company that when they do name search in SSM or something, there is your name associated with any business, then you wont get punished/charged/sued by your company.

or maybe you do your business online and never register a company, nothing will happen to you. except your performance i doing work in office at stake...LOL....

until lately, im planning to do an online business, and thought to make it a proper operating maybe after half year running it. initially i thought of victimize my fren (who has already has a partnership company) in registering my business. of course i have a mutual understanding and trustful friendship with him.

i thought by having a proper company, my business is more viable and in terms of dealing with any vendors it would be easy.

please, i appreciate you two cents on this. im indeed need an answer.
