Generate battery report

Hi would like to ask help from all.

I'm using Asus vivobook with windows 10 now. And my account already is administrator.
But when i try to generate the battery report, it always prompts me no admin permission

C:\Windows\System32>powercfg /batteryreport /output "c:\battery-report.html"
You do not have the permissions required to perform this action.

C:\Windows\System32>powercfg -energy -output energyreport.html
This command requires administrator privileges and must be executed from an elevated command prompt.

can anyone help me on this issue? TQTQ

Win10 very slow. Need advice

Hi, i'm buying Asus vivobook (4gb ram, 500gb hdd) with the win10.
I only use laptop for surf net or excel. No playing game.

After 2 years, my laptop now become very slow(actually is lag like hell) and the disc usage always show 100%.

Due to the ram is built in on motherboard, so I can't add more ram for my laptop.

So, i'm planning to downgrade my win10 to win7 as I only surf net and excel. May I know win7 still can be used on my laptop? Because I Heard some people said win7 already not supported by Microsoft.

Help! i was charged with the expensive data

hi need your help.

My father is using subline for my celcom line (post paid without internet plan).
last week i change new smart phone for him.
and i'm not aware of the data is on (i think that i'm using my wifi at house) to download a apps.
after i aware, i quickly turn it off.

and the bill come now is charging me 872 unit (1 unit = 10kb) = rm87.2!!!

anyone can advice me what can I do now? can i request for waive it or pay less with discount? rm87.2 for 8.7MB is too expensive..
