Electrical Safety Authority in Malaysia

Can I ask if Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) exist in malaysia?

I just got my new home renovated and I receive comments from the Astro installer, kitchen hood hob installer where the wiring that my contractor used was not the proper one.

eg1 the contractor extent my astro cable using a normal "green" wiring cable and by right Astro require the thick white special cable to transmite the video and all

eg2 the contractor used the speaker "white" cable for all my downlights.

I am not sure who is right or wrong.

Please advise if any of you can recommend if ESA exists here or what other option i have?

Do I really need to get another contractor to redo the whole hosue again?

I m living in fear and any law are protecting the citizen?

I wanted to subscribe internet package for my house. I have two options now.

UNIFI and ASTRO IPTV

UNIFI - RM149 with 5mbps download speed for 60gb a month
ASTRO IPTV - RM148 with 6mbps download speed for unlimited download

So far yet to hear any review for IPTV, not sure if its stable and good.

Need advise which is best option.

I dropped by PJ Tmn Megah Old Town 2 weeks ago.

Believe it or not, I saw the owner with the staff were scolding a customer. Poor him. No matter what had happen, customers are always right. Even if they are wrong, he do not deserve all this treatment.

The incident started like this:-
> the customer order food n drink by writing in his order and pass to the 'rude' waiter
> nothin happen till the food was served
> the customer was suprise when the food served was not what he ordered
> then he confronted the waiter (it alright to have the wrong food, all he want to is to clarify why is the wrong food served)
> then the owner bring back the order paper wrote by the customer and tell the customer that "WHY UR HAND WRITING LIKE THIS, NEXT TIME CAN WRITE PROPERLY AR" with the unhappy tune
> we as the customer of cos will get mad and what kind of service is this.
> i was sitting next to him and the customer show me his writing ask me if the one writen is clear or blur
> from my reading skills, i see nothin wrong on the writing but the attitude of the "waiter" was unacceptable and terrible.
> i told both them that it was clear on the writing as the independent party
> waiter reply "HAI WHATEVER, NEXT TIME WRITE PROPERLY LA"
> the customer was so upset and unhappy and replied "WTF, how can your attitude like that, even if i write wrongly also u should show me this attitude"
> here come the owner of the kopitiam "OI, U DUN SIMPLY f*** HERE N THERE OK, DUN USE f*** CAN OR NOT! *** NIA MA CHAO HAI! TALK PROPERLY"
> damn... the owner was worse and rude...
