Cancelling car insurance and changing to another

Hi guys,

I'm interested to cancel my current insurance with takaful and opt for another insurer, not changing cars or anything, just because don't like my current insurer anymore
Long way to go before 12 months is up but I want to cancel anyway and change insurer now
I know I should check with my current insurance company and was told I need to give roadtax cancel slip
How does that work? I still need to cancel road tax even though I still want to use same car?
Then once takaful cancel theirs only then I renew road tax again and buy another insurance??
A bit lost here

Mobile broadband in Kerinchi area

Hi,

I need help in which broadband option I can take if I wanna get a mobile broadband in Kerinchi area, near LRT Universiti/UM. Currently using Hotlink Prepaid here, which sucks to the max really within the past 1 month could only use 200++ MB out of the 2GB I have, I keep getting Edge, can't even open Gmail properly... WCDMA or HSDPA only seem to appear at like 2 am in the morning and it keeps disconnecting anyway =.= but yeah, sorry I am not so knowledgeable at this so pardon my noobness. What options do I have here actually? I dunno about U-Mobile, it seems okay on my smartphone but previously I had trouble going online at night when I was using my data plan connection for my laptop, is the speed the same with broadband?

I need the mobile internet mostly for my work which I do at night, need to surf some websites, nothing too heavy really. I need a connection that's more stable and better speed... I prefer prepaid so I know exactly how much I will be paying. I can consider any price IF the connection is good enough. I already have an HSDPA modem, just using the internet for myself. I have no phone line.

Digi, Celcom any good?? What other options may I have, any recommendations? Can anyone help me please?
