Small audit firm

I'm gonna start with a little bit introduction of myself. I am an ACCA student. I went for CAT right after my high school graduation (before SPM results released). And I successfully passed my CAT and ACCA fundamental level within 2 years. After that I got tired pf study so I decided to take a whole year break to think about what my future holds. A year has passed and I finally decided to start my accounting career now and complete my ACCA professional level slowly, taking one paper each sitting. So I sent a few resumes to some local audit firms and got accepted by a small audit firm a few weeks ago. I wouldn't imagine how sucks these few weeks were.

During the first week, I've been assigned to audit dormant companies ON MY OWN with supervision from an audit junior who himself started working as an auditor for only 3 months. On my second week I've been assigned to audit a private limited company which has gone through a significant change e.g. shareholding etc. As so I was really confused so I kept on asking my 'supervisor'. All I got from him was either 'this nevermind one lar' or ' I don't know wor'.

The thing is there is no clear hierarchy structure in place. There is like only one very experienced staff who I saw everyone seek helps from. His workload is so huge that I don't even dare to bother him. >.<

The problem now is I already stuck with this assignment for 2 weeks and I don't even know what to do.

Guys, I really want to know what I should do? Is this a norm for small firm? Should I quit the job and look for other small audit firm and pray this won't happen again?

Job offers

I went to 2 interviews for the same position. The 1st interview went well and the one interviewing me said he will contact me to tell whether if I get the job or not. I went for the 2nd interview the same day. It was a smaller firm and they offered me the job right away. I accepted it but now (1 weeks later) the 1st company (which I really want to) just told me that I got the job? What should I do now?

Finding accommodation

Guys, I've been having trouble finding accommodation. My course only lasts for 5 months but most of the tenants looking for long term housemates. My course starts 2nd January and I can't still find a room.
Should I cheat on them saying that I'm renting for long term or what == I'm helpless.

When I was driving on the road yesterday, there was a Honda beside my car wanted to switch from right lane to left lane without giving signal. So I turned my car to the left because I didn't know. And a motorcycle knocked on my car. The Honda ran away and the motorcyclist fell on the floor. After admitting to the hospital, he was found bone fracture.
And after reporting to the police this morning, the police said they might need to investigate to decide whether to summon me RM300 or charge me with RTA S.43 and will tell me tomorrow.
The motorcyclist wanted to claim injury and damages from my insurance company. How do you guys think it will be?? Charge or summon?

If I didn't take SPM Chinese, could I take STPM Chinese?
I wanna sit for STPM exams for Chinese and Mathematics T only next year.
Can I just take this two subjects without taking Pengajian AM because I'm taking STPM as a private candidate?

Suggestions on saving account

Start working on September and I'd would like to start my saving but i do not have any saving account.
I would like to have a saving account which provides debit card and internet banking.
Any suggestion on which bank offering saving account which has these facilities and with other benefits?

I'll be working in probation for September but i have a dental appointment at 5th September.
How can i take leave? Will it cause bad impression for my boss??

And I really don't know what actually an audit film do?
I think the position i got will be audit assistant.

About saving account

I want to open up a saving account from Maybank.

As stated in their website, opening a new saving a/c needs minimum initial deposit of rm250.
My question is if i have to maintain rm250 balance in my bank account all the time?

6 professional careers in Malaysia?

One of my secondary teachers told me that Malaysia has six careers which are qualified as PROFESSIONAL.
I have forgotten what careers he's told me.
Is it true or my teacher was just bulls**ting.
If it's true can someone tell which six careers are they?
I only remember he told us accountant and engineer.

With the ACCA f1 to f3 qualification, any audit firm will recruit me??
Even small audit firm won't do so?
I'm pursuing f4 to f6 now and manage to finish acca part in one year time.

FIA of ACCA to degree

I am currently having of ACCA. I was wondering if i am available for degree after i complete my fia.
Besides, is diploma of Business and Accounting from FIA enough to get me a job?

LCCI and Diploma in Accounting

After SPM examination, i want to work but my dad wants to have at least diploma. My family has financial problems so i have only 2 choices. One is LCCI and the other is diploma in accounting from Segi College with PTPTN loan. Due to my study is for working, i more prefer LCCI because it only takes 1 year to finish. However, i don't think LCCI which only takes 1 year is same as diploma in accounting from college which take at least 2.5 years. So i am here to ask how much differences between them.
Really need you people advice for me to make decision.
