International school or public school?

I am studying form 3 this year but my parents are thinking of sending me to a international school next year mainly because of my poor bm.
In smk, most subject is teached in bm. All subjects teached in bm i either get a D or a fail. whereas chinese/eng i can get an A or B.
I'm still taking my pmr this year but next year, i'm not sure whether i should change to international school or not, we (me and my parents) are thinking of Sunway International School (SIS) which is following Canadian school syllabus, most people me or my parents know tell us that canadian syllabus is very easy, and most university wont accept students from there.
Plus now SPM has paper 1,2,3 and is a must to pass and i heard it is very hard :/
So, anyone that studied in international school or have any experience with international school please help me.
I also have huge interest in IT, if this changes anything...idk lol.

Multiple monitor setup problem

I am using a dell U2311H for my monitor and a GTX570 for my GC.

i am using a dvi to vga converter to connect my pc with my dell monitor.

so i tried to set up a dual monitor setup today using a samsung snycmaster2243 using a dvi cable.
but at the moment i plug my dvi cable to my pc, my dell monitor goes to sleep mode and shows this : there is no signal coming from your computer
my 2nd monitor(samsung) doesn't come up with anything either, it just shows Analog/Digital at the top left corner of the screen

But if i plug my dvi cable out, my dell works just fine..

can someone help me?

hard disk problem

i'm have a external 2tb hard drive and few weeks ago my sister unplugged the usb cable from my computer and after that my hard disk cant seem to work :/

when i plug the usb cable into my computer this shows up :

so, i go into computer management -> disk management and nothing shows up :

and then i try to install the theme i download frm deviantart but when i change the theme, my theme wont change but become the aero lite thing.

so i'm using the razer lachesis right now.and i tried to set marco's just now.
i went to the marco tab, add, and i typed CTRL + W den apply and ok
den i use google chrome to try out.
when i press the key, my browser keep typing the wwwwww word non stop and at last browser hang

like when i transfer purchase frm my ipad to my pc. all the apps will save to my pc.
and my primary drive is only 40gb.
and my ipad apps will all save to my documents and use up alot of space.
is there anyway to let my apps save to other location?
