My poodle groomerj ust told me that my baby has ticks eggs on the body. Besides putting frontline on him, i have to clean my whole place. Because the eggs might fly everywhere.

Can you advice me, what to do to clean my whole house so that the ticks will die?

Muscle Pain after Body Combat

Dear friends,

I'm having muscle pain for 2 days at my back and my calf after body combat class and cycling on that same day, i know I shouldn't cycle after body combat, but I don't feel like leaving the gym just yet because i think i have not sweat enough. My bad. But yesterday, when i wokeup, i felt pain, not that kind of sharp pain, it's just the normal pain, i would say soreness that I usually get after workout, on my back. But today, I felt my calf damn pain, it's more than soreness, but it's still bearable. I've stopped going to gym yesterday, I so wanted to go today, but i don't think I can do anything there. I tried to use counterpain, in case you don't know, it's a analgesic balm, which the pharmacy recommended, but it doesn't really help. Now, whenever i tried to straighten my legs, its still hurt. Please help. I want to hit back to gym tomorrow. I've missed today's combat.

Do you guys have any remedy that can stop soreness after workout, and if it's pain, what's the fastest way to heal. I've googled on it, and they asked me to rest, and said the pain will take 5 to 7 days to heal. But it's too long for me.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I'm a newbie for gym, just signed up. I seriously wanted to lose weight, but i don't want any personal trainer, it'll cost me a moolah. So, since it's the first time i'm heading to gym, would like to know, what to eat before and after gym, if before, how many hours before, and what type of food (heavy or light), and if it's after, how many hours after, and what type of food. so that i don't grow bigger instead of slimmer. I'm kinda worried of becoming a muscle lady because of the weight machine。

Any advice for a gym newbie is very much welcome.

Dog Treats

Hi all,

I am having a mini poodle, recently, he has scab on his body, not just one, but quite a lot. Vet said maybe it's because of either the treats that i'm giving him, or the food. Treats that i'm feeding him is Jer High, usually 1 1/2 sticks per day (before the skin problem) just for training purposes, and the food that I'm feeding him before this is a Korean Brand. Because of the problem not improving, pet shop owner (my dog's groomer) recommended Nutram, and i have stop giving him treats for a few weeks. may I know what is a healthy treats available?
