Unable to chat in Warcraft 3 TFT

Hi,

Game: Warcraft 3 TFT
Version: 1.24 (Latest)
Map: Any maps

I am having this problem which is the players in the game could not see what i type, no matter allied or enemies. I have tried typing to 'All', 'Allied' or even to a certain player.

I am able to see all their chats.

I have also tried reinstalling the entire software, but still doesnt work.

I am suspecting is something to do with my C++ programming debugger tool, but i have tried disabling the Just On Time Debugger but the problem still persist.

Anyone with any solution to this problem?

Sony Vaio's Fan is not working!

I have a Sony Vaio - VGN-S58GP.

Recently, i realized the FAN has stop functioning.

Normally, there's wind blowing out from the right side of the laptop. Now there's no more wind and once you touch the right part of the laptop you can even burn your hand!

I have used the SpeedFan software to check and it shows:

Label:

Chip:
Geforce Video Card

Bus:
SMART

Temperature:
51 C

Bus:

Temperature:
92 C

And under the FANS tab there isnt any fans detected..

Anyway to configure the settings of the fan ?

Or anyway to solve this problem!

Computer keep HANG during GAME

Hi there,

Recently, my computer always hang during games such as Warcraft 3. It only started for the past few months before this it was all good.

I have tried reformatting my computer and even cleared the dust in the fans to avoid overheating. I have also updated the hardware drivers to the latest.

My comp specs is as below:
Processor - AMD Athlon 64 3200+
Motherboard - Nvidia nforce 3 250
Graphic Card- Nvidia Geforce FX 5900XT
RAM - 1GB

Could anyone enlighten me on what should i do next to prevent my computer from hanging?

*Note: When my comp hangs, the screen just stay frozen without restarting by itself or going into blue screen.

How to remove Nortel Adapter?

I have tried uninstalling it but failed with an error "Unable to uninstall device, Windows might need it to boot up"

I have tried going into msconfig - startup and unticking all startup items and tried uninstalling but same error come up

I have oso tried going into safemode to uninstall the adapter but failed as well.

ANyone with any ideas?

NIC or Windows or PC Problem?

When i plug my laptop directly into a MODEM, the connection works fine and i am able to accesst to the internet.

When i plug my laptop through a ROUTER, it will says No Or Limited Connectivity. Unable to contact DHCP Server.

When i plug my laptop directly into a MODEM ROUTER it will also says No or Limited Connectivity. Unable to contact DHCP Server.

Other laptops are able to connect when plug into the ROUTER or MODEM ROUTER.

I have tried uninstalling NIC card and reinstalling it. Releasing ip and renewing them Using different ethernet cables. updating my NIC driver to latest ones.

When i tried to force a LAN IP to my laptop it will not work as well.

Anyone experience this before?

Router Blinking non stop without reason!

I am using a router brand of DI-704p version C2, and when i unplug all ethernet cables out from the router leaving only the power supply on the light on port 1 will still be blinking continuously...

Port 2 no matter which laptop i plug into it, it will nv light up or function.

Port 3 and Port 4 are working fine for other laptops except mine.

And now my laptop has this Limited Conectivity sign detected no matter i plug into which port of the router. My laptop was initially plug into Port 1.
It seems that the router is not assigning any IP address to my laptop.
The router is set to release DHCP Enabled.

Can i know why is this happening? anyway to solve it?

(NEW) I just did some isolating test on my laptop. I removed the router and plug directly to the modem and it works fine. However when i tried connecting my laptop to another modem router (Different router than the DI-704p mentioned above) it shows No Connectivity problem again.

This leaves me to believe my laptop is now working fine with MODEM but not ROUTERS.

Anyone can suggest any solution to this????

Comp Hangs Half Way in Game

My comp hangs almost everday when i play Warcraft III

I have tried reinstalling and reformating but the problem still happens...

Anyone with any idea how to solve this problem?

Recently i have a problem with my computer, ocasionally the CPU usage of MSN or any programmes will run up to near 100 percent which caused my whole computer to be lagging badly... although i restarted my comp the problem still occurs...

The above is the constructor i have built for my matrix class.. It will basically craete a matrix with nRows and nCols and passing by reference the values inside the srcArray into the Matrix one by one.

when i create a matrix with dimension 2 x 2 which is supposed to have 4 elements inside... when i pass an array of oni 2 elements inside,,, It will not generate a error which says the pointer is pointing to out of bounce in the array.. Instead it will create random numbers to fill up the gap in the matrix...

ANyone knows how to ensure the program creates an error when the size of the matrix is not equal to the size of the array?

Disconnection Problem

I have set my connection to PPPOE LLC, entered my username and password and tried to click connect..

But the status said the interface is down...

and when i use the setup wizard, it says it cant detect any gateway connected from the computer..
