Tuition agents who collect commissions.

Just wanna ask. There are SO MANY tuition agents around who prey on people who are looking for teaching jobs. Worse is that they charge 60% and 70% of the fees. They already taken so much, what happens if the job is not lasting? It is always said that the normal commission fee is 50% of the job. Imagine, if a job is rm240 per month, they are already taking 50% (the least), which only leaves the teacher rm120. I wonder if all these tuition agents are heartless or just make money out of teachers. What do you think?
