Poor Telebanking Service

It been awhile that most of the bank upgrade their telebanking server via Automate Phone Menus.

Which come with many options to serve the common inquiry.

So, anyone of you tried to get a customer service representative to talk to? I tried Maybank and HSBC recently

When high volumn (e.g. during b4 and after CNY), the call to wait for Maybank customer service will just terminated/disconnected after the advertising played 2nd cycle. But at least i get to reach the customer service last week (finally)

HSBC I tried weekend and took 20min+ to get a representative to pick up, and still she can help me with the card center only operate during weekday.

So i called on the weekday and no one pick up more than 10min. I still can't reach HSBC customer service bcoz I can't just hang on with the phone while working.

Any of you experience the same? or which bank actually provide better customer service that you know?

40 Inch basic LED

Hi All, I'm looking for 40 inch basic LED tv.

Wanted to install in my bed room but my room design and layout is quite bright in day time.

Samsung 5 series seems to be at lowest price, but salesman say Samsung 5 series is not using own Panel, not worth.
In showroom display unit compare side by side with Samsung Plasma, Plasma color is even better, 5 series seems to have a white shed.

Another salesman comment 5 series is thicker but brighter. Considering install in a bright room, might be better choice.

Any other suggestion for other brand/model? budget at RM1600+

Will consider the design at slim (install on wall ) and also screen feature in bright room.
