Late tax file registration for partnership

Hi Guys!

So me and my friend registered a partnership on SSM at 2015, but did not perform any business operation, like just registered the company name and put it there until now (to keep the name so that other people can't register it, in case in future we want to do business using that name), we did managed to renew the business certificate on SSM until 2021.

My friend asked me to register a tax file with LHDN yesterday and I looked up Lowyat forum and went through posts that said even dormant company that didn't submit form E will be subjected to RM200 fine each year... our company is registered at early 2015 and didn't even have tax number registered... means we will need to pay RM200 x 4 years = RM800? 😭

Is the best course of action to go LHDN office to yamcha with the officer?

Any advice/suggestion would be appreciated!

Submitted Tax E-Filling then realized forgot EPF

I just submitted my Tax E-filling for 2016 then I only realized the Provident Fund is for EPF, I left blank there .

I can't amend the form after submitting, is there a way to change it? Do I need to go LHDN branch settle?
