Building an Architect Desktop

All in all, i am currently working at an architecture firm and I am planning to proceed my PART 2 studies at UM this year. To cover my spending, rental etc, i have decided to take over some part time architect works.

However, my current laptop(i5 520, gt315m, 4gb ram) is too lag and take ages to render in sketchup, 3dmax, photoshop etc. So i have no choice to spend on a desktop to increase the productivity.

My budget is around 2.5k, but not more than 2.8k. Things that i have look around is the crucial M4 128GB Harddisk. I will get this hardisk from amazon myself as my friend's is coming back from US this coming CNY. After converted it's around RM580. IPS panel is quite vital for me and I have PMed "biologi" for his U2312HM, the selling price is RM599. Second hand item is ok for me.

Crucial M4 RM580
U2312HM RM599 (Or any recommendation?)
ASROCK Z68 GEN3 RM400 (Or any recommendation?)
2 X 4GB RAM RM140 ( Any recommended model? )
PSU ( any bahlia 500W around RM150 is ok for me)
Casing (any bahlia below Rm100 casing is ok for me)

The thing i am confusing is Processor and graphic card, which one is more up to task and better to spend? Let's say if the rendering only heavy in multicore processor, i would get myself dump all the money on the processor and use the integrated graphic card. But somehow i scare its not, Any comment?

Thanks for your help.

I have puffy eyes and freckles, and I believe it comes from family genetic Is it really hard to get rid of it?
