Where to get KVM over ethernet?

I need something like, I plug my display, audio and usb into a device, then it will transmit it over ethernet cable.

Bcos my PC very hot, so maybe I want to put my PC outside my room.

Pls don't recommend me fans aircond or pull wires all the way to my room, just the KVM pls.

Common sense that most fresh grads lack

Nowdays the fresh grads are very spoilt. Demand 3k salary, some worse up to 4k salary as a start.

Then complain nobody hires them.

Their reasons that these fresh grads usually give are:
"Degree market rate is RM 3,000 per month"
"Pay peanut get monkey, but I'm a human, so I demand RM3,000"
"Everyday barang naik, no RM 3,000 how to live?"

Well well. Here is the harsh reality and truth for you lazy and stupid fucks.
First of all, if I pay you RM 3,000, can you at least help the company earn RM3,000 per month?

If you say yes, the next question, can you also help cover the cost of your manager, your company's rental, bills, cleaner etc etc?

Add all of those together, you might have to earn at least RM6,000 for the company to breakeven.
Why the fuck would someone hire you to make loses? If you are not even helping the company to earn more than your pay, you might as well gtfo.

If you say you work so hard, but boss takes all the reward, so I don't want to work hard, and you say life is so unfair.
These are lazy fucks excuses, go start your own business, take all your boss client, make your boss regret, this is so fucking common everywhere.

So go out there, get a job at 2k salary, and prove yourself that you are worth paying RM20k/mth.

I find many English speakers love to use the word "la", like "Ei, what are you doing la?" "Very simple la".

To me it's a huge earsore everytime I hear the word "la" at the end every sentence, it makes it sounds very unprofessional.

If you compare other asian countries' English, Malaysia and Singapore have the worst accent. It's like we are not even trying to speak proper English.

If you think this is Malaysian's style which is something to be proud of, I'll say this is purely Ah Beng / Phua Chu Kang style that we should be get rid of.

I always hear people say that you should boil your instant noodle twice before you eat.

Boil it once, dump the water, rince it, and then boil it again.

I've heard that it make it more healthy, but why? Does anyone know the reason?
And also, people said that instant mee will stay in your stomach for 1 week, so you should only eat once a week.
Is this all true or it's just some crap parents made up to discourage children from eating it?

BEIJING (AP) — A Chinese plane veered off a runway upon landing in the southeastern city of Fuzhou on Sunday, and five people suffered minor injuries, the domestic carrier Joyair said.

Joyair said it was investigating the cause of the accident and apologized to the 45 passengers and seven crew members on board, according to a statement posted on its website.

The plane that swerved off the runway was the Modern Ark 60, a turboprop made by China's state-owned Xi'an Aircraft Industrial Corp.

Photos posted on China's social media showed the aircraft resting on the grass with its left wing clipped and smoke coming out of the fuselage.

There have been at least four incidents since 2013 in which the same model aircraft had landing issues, including overrunning an airstrip, landing hard, and a mechanical failure on the landing gear.

The Sunday flight took off from the eastern Chinese city of Yiwu. Joyair usually serves smaller Chinese cities.

The hotline for Fuzhou Changle International Airport said the airfield was temporarily closed.
