Drilling hole in condo unit

Hi guys, i have recently bought a wall hanging cabinet, but i got trouble installing it after done assembled. As i realize it required me to drill a 8cm deep hole for hanging, i tried to drill the hole with my bosch driller PSB 400, but after drilling about 2cm i hit something really hard, it makes me curious to proceed drilling into it or not. I wonder will it be steel or concrete to be so hard? As i check with stud detector and confirm there will be no wires or pipes behind. Below are the images as details.

Hello guys, I was given a task to propose a landmark development. This land was sized approximately 40 acres. Nearby facilities were residential areas, hypermarket, 2 local University which possess majority Muslim students & minor international students. The landmark was located beside a City to Port Highway. I was wondering what will be the best development to be constructed in this rural region. This is a small town shape located 250km away from the City. I have idea about converting this landmark into a student-entertainment & educational region for multi-religions.
