Hi All LYN member,

Here is problem, recently I bought a car touch screen player for my Honda City 09 model from a car accessory shop at Kepong. (the player cost me rm900, normal touch screen+reverse camera+TV antenna, without GPS)
Then, all things done set up and i try it, at first i didn't realize the problem, so i tell the seller if anything will let him know

1) after try on the first day, i realize the problem, which the player got a noisy sound distortion, something like "pshhhhhhhhhh" in the background once i open volume 1, which it totally cover up my radio and mp3 sound
2) so i drive my car back to the workshop and tell the boss, he said it is normal =.=' so i ask him plug in my original player and no more the sound (then he said will take the player to let his supplier test)
3) after few days, the seller told me no problem with the player, when testing don't have the distortion sound, but i keep complain YES there is the STUPID sound!
4) alright, he give me a solution, maybe is the player problem, but don't have stock to exchange coz it's the last one,(and im not allow to refund) so he ask me take the new ANDROID player, which will arrive soon..
5) ok fine, then 2 days ago, it arrive and i plug it (which i need to top up rm500 for the player, i don't mind as long as don't have the distortion sound, and he guarantee no problem as its the newest model and high quality player)
6) once plug in everything, we tried and i already feel, DAMN! it still got the sound!!!! he keep telling me no ah.. don't have ah, how about you test few days and let him know (keep urge me to pay and give me no choice)
7) alright, then i try and the same problem occur! its the supplier(brand) problem! next day i drive to his workshop and let him know. Then few of his workers told me the sound is from the player, which maybe its cheap quality or CHINA brand) i was totally angry and annoyed.
8) i ask for refund and he keep say can't, told me he sold about 1000 player never got a customer complain before, im the first???? damn, fine, since he said sold so many and no problem why don't he refund and i was willing to take 1k refund, minus his labor fees or whatever shit, he keep said NO! ask me meet his supplier and take refund from supplier? is it reasonable? zzzzz.....
9) i resist to meet his supplier and ask him tell the supplier himself about the problem, which tomorrow (8/5/2017) must settle for me.

So the problem is, if he resist to refund what should i do? can i call police about this problem or how? Haaiihhhhhhhhh.............
anyone change touch screen player before and having this sound distortion problem? please let me know T_T

Thanks for reading and give suggestion please, i have no idea what to do with this seller anymore..

(WTA)(WTS) Ipad Air 2 Wifi Only 64gb Gold

Question and reason for sale:
Frustrated to Apple Product, first time buy Apple product as I'm fans of Samsung, mana tau kena con already..

This is the question I wanna ask, is it common for Apple product malfunction? Somemore I use less than 2 weeks, bought from Paradigm mall Mac Studio. In the morning Im using the ipad then suddenly black out and unable to open anymore, already tried hard reset, sync to ITunes and finally bring to store which they said is hardware issue will warranty a new set.

The problem is when I bought the product I stick tempered glass around rm150, and now they wont refund or provide me a new tempered glass which they claimed it is a 3rd party product which not in their Apple product.

I keep complain this issue and finally Apple head of marketing from US called me. Then he gave me an excuses which I damn angry.
He giving me an example "If I bought a car and suddenly got a rock break my windscreen, insurance wont provide me the tinted glass, so as Apple wont provide me the tempered glass =.='

Im totally not into Apple product anymore, if possible im looking for buyer who is willing to buy from me, I will only reduce a bit price due to I already loss a lot in this ipad.
