How to cancel a property purchased?

Hi all,
I have a purchased an apartment and had signed the S&P in Jan 2010. I had benn offered loan amount I need and had sign the bank agreement as well. But i haven't start any payment yet to bank because last time I missed to do medical check up (requirement for MRTA) and therefore they cannot disburse any payment to the developer.

Now, I found out that the property have problem to get the CF and then a lot of damage and quality in the apartment. So, I am planning to cancel the purchase after i found out bank still not disburse any amount to the developer. And according to the bank I am the only customer pending payment to developer and bank cannot charge me any monthly payment for interest yet if I am not signing any letter allowing them to disburse the propertiy without MRTA.

I almost agree to sign to allow bank disburse the payment to developer, but when I heard that the house have lot of damage and the promise that we can get CF by January 2012 seems to be far away from true...

My concern if i signed, then i have to start paying my monthly installment bu if there still a lot of make-up to be done to the apartment in order to get the CF; I really couldn't afford to pay the monthly installment + the house i rent now.

So i decide to cancel the purchase and not signing the permission to disburse the payment to them. So is it possible for me to do the cancel the purchase?

TQ friend. hope to get som feddback from uols...

Expected Salary Vs Current Salary

Hi everyone,
I have almost 6 yrs working experience. I am planning to start searching a new job this year. My current salary : RM2400 (basic) + RM200 (fix allowance) + insentif rm250 (when achive target). But all this still not enough as I just bought an apartment and my son already enter Std 1.

Current company (automotive) - enter on March 2010 - customer service
Previous company (health & bty) - 5yrs experience - marketing
Education: BSc. Nutrition & Community Health

So how much should i demand in my next job search? Should i go for marketing or customer service?

I find that my curent salary underpaid but i t's hard fo me to find job that can offer 1/3 from current salary (normally only rm100-200 different). FYI, I earn the same salary for my curent and previous salary (I accept becoz more benefit eg: medical, hospitalization, dental, have bonus, mthly insentif if achieve taget, etc. plus near home).

And I'm thinking of pursuing other degree (may be business study or shud i go for MBA) because i think my current degree may be make me cant get good salary offer (I do get this response during interview.)

Hope to get advise from friends here
