Plaster Ceiling Design

Hi guys, im planning to do some simple plaster ceiling design with LED tracklight and LED downlight like the attached photo.
Just a question, if i just turn on the LED tracklight without the LED downlight, would it be bright enough to light up the space like how L Box lighting is bright enough without turning on the LED downlights?
Also, do I use LED strip for the tracklight? I cant seem to find different spec with brighter LED strips though. Or do they use like T8 instead of strips in the tracklight?

Finally managed to contact LHDN, mentioned that just deduct from your total income thus employment income will =/= EA form, just keep supporting documents for audit.

Hi, I've been scouring the internet for a guide but still cant find it, not sure if its even possible to do it for free.
I've got 2 unlimited G-suite accounts and would like to use one as my main cloud storage and the second as my backup storage for the first account. Just incase something happens and I lose the data on it.
Is there any way to make it automatically sync up and do a backup from Acc1 to Acc2?

My fiancee and I are gonna get married next year in September. I know we're a little short on time, but anyone know of any good pork free/halal places for chinese wedding banquet in the Klang Valley?
My budget is approx 1200-1600 per table and gonna have about 30-35 tables.

whatsapp application error failed to save image

hey guys,
After i've updated to iOS 5.1.1 with whatsapp 2.8.2 i cant send any images.
Whenever i try sending any images, i'll get the application error "failed to save image".
I've tried reinstalling whatsapp but still no luck.
Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

foot arch pain when running

hey guys, recently i have started playing badminton and going to the gym. But i have noticed that when i run on the treadmill and running while playing badminton, the arch of both my left and right foot would hurt badly. And sometimes i also feel a burning feeling on the right of my right leg lower limb.

I have tried changing my running shoes but it doesnt seem to help me.

Anyone know whats my problem and how should i solve it because it has been there for the recent 2 years??

hey guys.. i've came over to uk to further my studies but my malaysian number cant call out to any uk number or malaysian number. i know it can roam perfectly cause messages can be sent out without any problem. i never activated call barring but when i call out, it would cut my call off and say that call barring activated. i tried deavtivating it but it requires a barring password and i dont have it. anyone know whats the password?

btw.. im using hotlink prepaid..

hey guys.. i've got a problem with my CSS.. its all running smooth and perfect during gameplay (single player) but once i die and use the bot_kill command, the game hangs and also auto quits..

hey guys.. jus about 4days ago.. my codecs started giving me a problem and i cant seem to play .rmvb files..
i've tried reinstalling my codecs with the latest k-lite codec pack 5.90 full but it still gives me this error

transfering music to ipod without using itunes

is there any software that i can use to transfer files to my ipod without overwriting the original files on my ipod?
i just can seem to do tat on itunes as it overwrites my whole library..
i have some music that i got on my ipod before reformatting but now i've reformatted and i dont want to overwrite the music i have inside my ipod.

though i've jus formatted my pc..
i still have this error..

previously i've got this error after i uninstalled my av..
and then i got the userint.exe problem and couldn't login to my users..
i thought after reformatting my pc the problem would be gone..
but it still exist in my comp..
anyway to fix this problem?
coz i really need to use that program often..
anyoone encounter the same problem and got it fixed before?
and btw.. after reformatting, my wmp cant be used..
