After few days of using it, i wash the car my self and found a cracked on its front chrome. I contact my agent, he ask me to meet him up because he wanted to see it first. Due to a very busy period, caused am getting married and fly to Peninsular for 15 days and continued 4 more days in sabah for my marriage, i was unable to bring the car for service earlier. I brought the car for servicing after getting some free time after my marriage. During the time, my mileage has reach 2500KM and 1 month and a week over the due date. After the servicing, i manage to meet up with the agent and show him the cracked. Today he call me and told me that the chrome need to be replaced but i need to pay them RM500. Because he is my agent and he concern about his reputation, he wanted to help me to pay half of it.<br /><br />But, the things is, i dont really need to pay for anything, it because the car has cracked before i received it. I have a pictorial evidence that i can show. Lucky i snap few picture during the handover and manage to get a picture showing the cracked even it wasn&#39;t so clear.<br /><br />If there is someone who knows anything about this, i really need some input and suggestion or some idea. Or maybe someone with more experience and knowledge to give some opinion. How long it actually takes? I want a Black Coal Toyota Vigo. Previously the agent said it only takes three weeks before you can get your car.
