Hi, Is Asian Pac a good and reputable developer? It seems that this company is not a high profile company like other property developer like Sunway, Mashing, UOA etc.

I found not much review about this company in the internet and facebook. So hopefully got property sifus here can comment their view here. Tq

Thinking to buy a sub-sale unit at Casa Indah 1 or Casa Indah 2, mainly for own stay with family.

Anyone know which one is better in term of environment, management and quality of ppl who staying there.

Is Casa Indah 1 got many foreigner ? Like student or foreign labour worker? Any problems should be aware of?

I m looking for a house for own stay purpose, with my own family. And prefer to have a nice residential environment for my kids to grow up as well.

Want to ask some opinion of property masters here :

Comparing Casa Indah 2 vs Single storey landed house at Sri Damansara, which one is worth to buy? Price of both unit almost the same

Strategic location at Kota Damansara and Tropicana
MRT station
With nice amenities
Maintenance fee 400++ monthly

Sri Damansara

Very old house but fully renovated

Which condo in Kota Damansara having good residential environment? I am looking for one for own stay purpose, so preferably with at least 3 rooms.

As I know some condo like Palm Springs, Cova Villa is facing a lot of problem, especially from those African students.

Currently I m looking at Casa Indah 2, is it a good condo with better environment? Any problems with this condo?

Any office rooms for rent? or Sub-rent? or Shared office?
Preferred areas are Kepong, Menjalara, Aman Puri and Sri Damansara

Preferred with ready air-con, partition. We are doing office supplies, we just want to use it as an management office.
