Recently got 1 buyer from US interested buy a product from me. He agree to pay by Paypal and transferred certain amount this noon. I received an email from Paypal this evening and I found the email are not from Paypal cos the sender email was "[verify-customers@accountant.com]" not from paypal.com? Any pros can confirm this? Is it a scam? I need to send the item 1st only Paypal release the payment for me. Got such rules and domain from accountant.com?? See the photo below.

* BTW I already send an email to paypal to confirm just want to confirm with pros here got any experience from this?

Currently my company is using TMnet Streamyx Entreprise 1mbps package(Fix IP). The line is too slow cos we need do VPN to Taiwan HQ(SAP server).

My HQ is suggesting us upgrade to lease line for better performance. Is it much better compare to ADSL? Lease line using Fibre Optic right? Any ISP recommend? How much per month if take the 2mb package?

This is the situation. My waja just install the steelmate immobilizer last 2 mth, new batt last 6weeks and new 2 way alarm 1 mth ago.

Since this Monday, my car sometime ll having sufficient to start up my engine. Just "Tick tock" sound heard. After waiting few minutes (5~10minutes)it can start again but sometimes totally no problem. Why this happened? Any pro can help or any user having same problem?

I went to 3 workshop,
1st said is battery not power enough make the starter no power.
solution: change the high power batt. I just changed new wo? possible?

2nd said i install immobilizer with 2 way alarm make too many layer so make the signal slower but y b4 that ok?
solution: Temp take out the immobilizer 1st.

3rd is called my immobilizer install place and he said impossible immobilizer got problem.
Reason cos it still can scan and pass the security thats mean no problem?? and ask me no need take out the immobilizer.

What should I do now? Is there other can effect this situation?
