Well this is my side of story :
On 9th of October, I bought a handsfree,Sony Ericsson HPM - 70, which I expect to be a good deal RM37 inclusive of Post Express, from follow person :

I tested the handsfree upon receiving on 11 of Oct, tested two phones W710i and K550i both not working.... no sound upon calling and barely have sound upon playing mp3.
Fine, I pm this seller and ask for exchange at 7:44PM, suddenly at 11pm he told me want to exchange with me at PJ but due to that time I am at Klang area, so I can not exchange. So he told me other day, which is next Tuesday 13 of Oct he can exchange with me at PJ, then again suddenly he told me can not make it and offer me to go another place, which is impossible to go for me due to working hour. Ok fine, with this condition I wish to courier back to him then he just send a new one to me if the handsfree is defect. Guess what, his offer is sure no problem but charges is all on me. Courier to him I have to pay, courier back to me for exchanging defect goods also on me. Ok paying extra for that to send back to him is already suppose to cover by him yet he want me to cover both expanses?? Then I told him I want to refund, but according to him once goods sold can not refund. (inclusive defect goodss) He keep calling me go KL area to exchange face to face, due to that I have to ask a friend to help me on that.
So finally we manage to arrange time and date, which is at Oct 19 10am at Ampang Tesco. Then this seller on 19th of Oct at 9am something suddenlly PM me told me he is on tight schedules, please dun be late but that time I was not at home to see the PM. So without knowing he is on tight schedules my friend went to exchange with him, but my friend was late around 15 minutes. This is really my side problem which I totally agree, but then when reach there, this seller have gone off. I could not say I am not angry but his reason as he have to go to work, which I can not blame all on him as it is my fault too for not able to ask my friend to be there on time and I did not inform him as I have request my friend to exchange the goods with him instead of myself. Finally we discuss through pm again so agree to change at another time. From there, this seller no longer able to give me any time which he available to exchange.
Until now, I still not yet exchange the goods yet due to go back hometown, he have to take exam, have to do assignment...
I bought the handsfree with my cash even though it is not expensive, but none would like to buy any defective goods with their own money right? I am quite angry as I already told him to give me a date to exchange even after his assignment, as I do not want to wait blindly anymore but guess what he never informed me when at all.

Now already 15 of Nov, just to exchange a handsfree, need one month plus, so I think I will give up on this handsfree.
