Hi all,

I plan to do my kitchen renovation and extend backyard , I know that currently DBKL do not sell standard booklet for simple renovation.

Simple renovation to extend backyard on ground floor only.

anyone have good contact person to introduce?

How much is usually they will charge?

some quote 3k some quote 5k.

usually what exercise they will cover and any additional cost will owner have to pay?

DBKL permit is it more complicated compare to others area LA?

What document lawyer should pass to buyer

Hi all,

I buy 2nd house last 6 months, finally after many months ding dong ding dong,I just got my key from lawyer. I notice this lawyer only pass me these document in the check list

-S&P 1 original 1 copy.
-1 set of key
- TNB, Syabas,indah water bill ( they still not yet provide)

wondering they should they don have to send me any other document?
such as CF, photocopy of individual titles?

they told me all copy kept by bank, so I need to get it myself?

need help from u all to advise what is the document is must in the list during handover.

Kitchen extension Cost

I plan to do some minor renovation for my house

backyard -11X22 sqf fully extend to half for Kitchen , extend bigger toilet and another half to extend bedroom as diagram.

1st floor parquet 700sqf need to replace by tiles too due to over many yearssssss common issue happen:x

Plaster ceiling On living Hall.....

wondering the estimate renovation budget need to prepare....cos im running on budget

my age getting older and older (27 to be 28 29 30 if not get my degree by now it seem like i gonna dump my plan)

2 PC Share Internet Connection on Maxis 3G

Recently I get maxis 3G service but the modem only have one lan cable output. The problem is my home got 2 PC and we only can access internet either one but not two on the same time.
did anyone done the internet sharing on the same time?

recently i got a advice with 2 options:

1. let 1st pc share out the Internet Connection Sharing to let 2nd user to access internet
this way i tried but it wont work. Ours maxis router modem address is 192.168.0.1 It has conflict with Internet Sharing Connection
which on network configuration.
(correct me if im wrong, i hope u all sifu can help me on this because i brought the 2nd Lan card n Cable already )

2. Use a Router to share.
(I totally have no idea on what type of router recommend to use . If i use router did i need to do configuration?)

I hope someone can help me on this.
