We're looking to hire a full time L1/L2 support individual. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hosting and providing excellent customer support.

Minimum qualifications
Good communication skills with adequate English proficiency
Ability to determine and follow appropriate protocols based on documentation
Ability to interact in a friendly manner with a wide range of clients
Ability to work in a highly motivated team-based environment
Has stable / reliable internet connection

Preferred qualifications
Client-side experience with similar VPS hosting companies
Admin experience with WHMCS, SolusVM, OpenVZ, KVM, and Linux
Prior experience working for similar VPS hosting companies

Duties
Respond to and resolve support tickets quickly and efficiently
Escalate certain requests to other staff/L3 support
Observe in-house monitoring tools and escalate to engineer, where necessary
Participate in paid team meetings (average once per week for about 60 minutes)

Hey all,

I'm not sure if I have registered the thread in the right category. However, I was wondering if anyone of you would have any additional information about being a RELA? For instance, what are the requirements, where to apply, what would be the life as a RELA about? what to expect? etc..

I would appreciate if anyone can shed some of the information
