All windows lock button: Latching problem.&lt;br /&gt;Claim: Full set claim by sc&lt;br /&gt;Fail claim: if modification on wiring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Car roof rack cross bar front cover: Locking grip bracket broken.&lt;br /&gt;Claim: if parts is available&lt;br /&gt;Fail claim: Due to part already lose, can not claim&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Light sensor cover: Crack.&lt;br /&gt;Claim: unknow from proton&lt;br /&gt;Fail claim: if the cover lock broken, cover scratch or dented&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. IHU 4G totally Lost. Had to reflash the GKUI by SC under warranty&lt;br /&gt;6. Front passenger seat vibrating while driving - fixed by SC&lt;br /&gt;7. Steering got sound when turning. Sc replaced the bearing under warranty&lt;br /&gt;8. Today I noticed the light sensor cover also cracked. Just noticed today. Verve suites&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=10086182]&lt;br /&gt;FMT news &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='font-family:Courier'&gt;&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PETALING JAYA: Although the government has declared that Airbnb is legal, apartment and condominium owners may only rent out their units on the popular app if their management’s bylaws permit it, says a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) official.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;!--emo&amp;:hyper:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/rclxm9.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rclxm9.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For some time now, there have been calls for online accommodation service, Airbnb, to be regulated – much like how e-hailing services Uber and Grab are now legislated – with some warning of the safety and security risks posed to neighbours of those renting out their units on a daily basis, though Putrajaya has made its stand on the matter clear last year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Speaking at a dialogue organised by the Rehda Institute here yesterday, Md Azmi Mohd Shari, a legal officer from DBKL’s valuation and property management department explained a federal government circular pertaining to the use of Airbnb to rent out strata properties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He said a circular from the urban wellbeing, housing and local government ministry states that in the case of strata properties, a management body’s by-laws will determine whether units in a building can be rented out via Airbnb.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Residents have to check their apartment or condominium by-laws. If the management allows it then it’s ok, if they don’t, then residents should abide by the relevant by-law on the matter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“If the building’s by-laws does not allow it, then residents who are aware of neighbours flouting the by-laws, should lodge a complaint with the management,” Azmi said, adding that the management can then impose a fine of up to RM200 on residents who flout the by-laws.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He said that as Airbnb was a relatively new issue, many management bodies had yet to decide on this in their annual general meetings (AGM) or extraordinary general meetings (EGM).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“So it’s up to the management bodies to decide on whether to allow it in their building or not. It must be brought up at their AGM and EGM.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“They must also specify whether the RM200 fine will be issued on a per instance basis, per night and so on.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Azmi added that if residents of an apartment or condominium complained to DBKL that the issue had yet to be addressed at an AGM or EGM, they could inform DBKL who could then instruct the building management to conduct an EGM on the matter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Azmi said if the management does not take action according to its own by-laws, then residents can report the management to their local council’s Commissioner of Building, who can then charge the management body’s members in court.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“They risk a fine of up to RM250,000 and a jail term of up to three months.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regulation the way forward&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For Chris Chan, who owns a condominium near KLCC, the issue isn’t whether Airbnb should be allowed, but rather if it should be regulated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Some will say that renting out a unit on Airbnb can lead to security issues, but security issues can also exist without Airbnb,” she told FMT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“The problem isn’t Airbnb, the problem is security guards and management bodies who don’t do their jobs properly. Even now, outsiders can often gain access to apartments and condominiums if security is lax.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chan said that at least with Airbnb, home owners were renting out their units to a person who used their identity card and credit card as cash payments weren’t allowed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, she did concede that the way forward was in regulating Airbnb, with the right measures in place to ensure owners declare to the management that they are renting out their units.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Perhaps every time a Airbnb guest arrives at the property, their proper ID verification should be carried out and the amount of access cards given to guests could be limited,” Chan said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She added that the owners who are renting out their units must also be contactable by the management or security should any issues arise while their property is being occupied by Airbnb guests.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Managing new regulation&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Property expert Ernest Cheong says it would be difficult to manage Airbnb regulation.&lt;br /&gt;Property expert Ernest Cheong however, believes that it would be difficult, if at all possible, to manage and monitor the regulation of Airbnb.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Security in apartments and condominiums is lax enough as it is. Once an owner passes their access card to Airbnb guests, it’ll be difficult for the security guards to monitor and control their movements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“I fear that Airbnb could be misused for illicit activities and residences end up being treated like vice dens.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“The best thing is to just ban the use of the app outright, adding that some countries have placed restrictions on Airbnb, including barring short term rentals,” Cheong said.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Airbnb, which has gone from a small start-up in 2008 to a company worth some US&amp;#036;30 billion (RM127 billion) has a presence in 191 countries around the world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In Malaysia, some 11,698 accommodation providers were listed on Airbnb as of April this year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Airbnb rentals in Malaysia can start from as low as RM44 per room per night to just over RM1,000 for an entire house which can accommodate 10 people or so, with some including facilities like private swimming pools.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/0sRNQq' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2019/05/29/0sRNQq.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;</description>

These attention whores of course get off on the high of receiving endless congratulatory messages from their friends and family, praising them for hitting a new milestone in life, which is often really just a way for the typical woman to feel like a success without really achieving anything of substance. Easy street cred.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So now not only do these girls create expectations for themselves that a wedding and marriage certificate would soon ensue, they also create expectations for others around them, who would inevitably follow up with, &amp;quot;When&amp;#39;s the wedding taking place?&amp;quot; To which, of course, the dumb whore has no good answer, other than, &amp;quot;Oh, we&amp;#39;re still planning and saving up for it.&amp;quot; The correct unspeakable answer, however, is, &amp;quot;It all depends on him, he&amp;#39;s the gatekeeper of marriage; he&amp;#39;s dragging his feet to the altar, not me; I&amp;#39;m in fact sprinting way ahead of him just waiting for him to catch up, if ever, that bastard.&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Part of the girl&amp;#39;s strategy -- as predictable as ever -- is of course to force her man&amp;#39;s hand to sign on the dotted line and throw the wedding party ASAP using social and peer pressure, i.e. now that she&amp;#39;s all happy and excited that she&amp;#39;s getting married, he better marry her quick, or he&amp;#39;ll be quite the asshole for stringing her on. Women are just very good at rallying public support and using public sympathy to accomplish her personal goals, because this is how our gynocentric society works. This mentality is wishful thinking at best and reckless brinksmanship at worst. These girls think they&amp;#39;re being smart, but they&amp;#39;re in fact giving up a lot of leverage and effectively painting themselves into a corner.&lt;br /&gt;What do you think happens next?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The guy continues to dilly-dally for months, doesn&amp;#39;t give a fuck, ignores all social pressure, and still gives no firm commitment on anything. The girl grows increasingly impatient, anxious, and even resentful that her lame pressure tactics aren&amp;#39;t working. She now becomes desperate to save face, because she has already promised everyone that the wedding is coming soon, and with each passing month the wedding date gradually becomes the elephant in the room. Pretty soon, instead of asking, &amp;quot;When are you getting married?&amp;quot; more and more of her people will be asking, &amp;quot;Are you guys actually going to get married?&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When this happens, she slips into panic mode, as if being slapped in the face by a good dose of reality, and goes all &amp;quot;we need to talk&amp;quot; on her man, sits down with him and a calendar in hand, and basically begs him to pick a date and stick to it. This time around, she&amp;#39;s willing to give up all her childish demands for a fancy lavish &amp;quot;once-in-a-lifetime&amp;quot; wedding, like that five-storey wedding cake or crystal ice sculpture (which are outlandish and unreasonable to begin with), and settle for a small modest affair. She&amp;#39;d probably even settle for a 3D2N simple bed and breakfast in Thailand for the honeymoon and offer to pay for it... Just pick a damn date and do it already&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yeah, like it&amp;#39;s such a big sacrifice and huge concession to not behave like a demanding stuck-up money-grubbing whore with a serious princess complex for once... This again often doesn&amp;#39;t work, and, if a guy who has managed to drag on an engagement for a year or so suddenly commits to a wedding date, well, spoiler alert: he&amp;#39;ll most probably be a no-show on the wedding day itself, which would be the ultimate &amp;quot;fuck you.&amp;quot; If there&amp;#39;s anything girls should know about guys, it&amp;#39;s that you should never push them to the limit. Haven&amp;#39;t you girls learned anything about not counting your chickens before they hatch?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, assuming the guy still doesn&amp;#39;t commit to a wedding date, the girl then pulls out her final tactic, the &amp;quot;set a date or I&amp;#39;ll walk&amp;quot; ultimatum. 99% of the time, guys aren&amp;#39;t scared by these fake-ass ultimatums. They know that, if a girl would walk, she&amp;#39;d have done so long ago, not wait one or two years in total uncertainty while he stalls on wedding preparations. This goes back again to the cardinal principle that, when a man knows that you&amp;#39;ll accept less than marriage, that you&amp;#39;ll &amp;quot;wait and see&amp;quot; ad infinitum, he&amp;#39;s not motivated to commit himself fully to you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, the most important rule to abide by when issuing ultimatums is to stick to them, if he ever decides to call your bluff. You have to really be fully prepared and disciplined enough to leave him if he still refuses to commit to the wedding. If you don&amp;#39;t, you lose serious credibility, and he knows he has power over you. Hell, he probably already knows that for a long time, but your inability to even leave a sham of an engagement (or even give him back his engagement ring) shows that you have no other marital options at the moment, you&amp;#39;re inextricably married to the fantasy of being married, you&amp;#39;re in too deep, and it reaffirms the fact that you&amp;#39;re at his mercy and further emboldens him to not commit to anything and treat you like disposable garbage. He probably also knows quite confidently that women are emotional creatures who can&amp;#39;t help falling into the sunk cost fallacy; women would always rather try to repair the irreparable than to start over anew, just because she has &amp;quot;waited so long and come so far already, so it&amp;#39;s crucial to go all the way and make something out of it.&amp;quot; Fucking idiots.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The truth of the situation is that she miscalculated something on her part -- that a cancelled engagement doesn&amp;#39;t damage a guy&amp;#39;s reputation much, or at all, while it definitely causes a girl to lose massive face and dignity among her friends and family. She clearly has a lot more to lose than him if the engagement is cancelled, because he never really wanted it in the first place. He&amp;#39;ll always have the upper hand, because he has the leverage. That&amp;#39;s the truth of the matter that, even if she doesn&amp;#39;t acknowledge from the start, she&amp;#39;d be force-fed a whole big fat red pill of eventually when he doesn&amp;#39;t budge on anything at all, ever, when it comes to marriage. He can VERY EASILY find another girlfriend, a younger, funner one who wouldn&amp;#39;t pressure him for marriage. How easy is it for her to find another boyfriend in her late-twenties, when she&amp;#39;s obviously not getting any younger or thinner or less cynical, go through years of dating and courtship again, pressure the new guy yet again to propose to her, and then, after that, if she succeeds in getting another for-show &amp;quot;engagement&amp;quot; ring, pressure that guy too to set the wedding date? Does any woman really want to jump through all those harrowing hoops again? The answer is no. Women will always continue to pour water down duck feathers. It&amp;#39;s their nature. They&amp;#39;re illogical and irrational. Men know this. Even beta males know this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So why do guys propose to girls they have no intention of marrying? The most obvious answer is to retain the girl&amp;#39;s companionship and affections without really offering much in return. Girls heading towards their late-twenties will almost always nag at or otherwise pressure their significant others to marry them and give them the highly-coveted &amp;quot;married&amp;quot; status that girls so crave. As girls get older, they&amp;#39;ll increasingly demand more in return for their sexual and romantic companionship, because honestly nobody likes giving away free milk for way too long. Girls get tired of offering the free trial to guys and ultimately want them to upgrade to the full package, by marrying her, of course.&lt;br /&gt;(The corollary of girls rushing for marriage is guys trying their best to delay it -- there&amp;#39;s certainly a surreptitious push-pull power play going on. This is because girls age like milk and need to &amp;quot;lock down&amp;quot; a man before her beauty expires, while guys age like wine, and they want to build up their income and net worth into their 30s, so they can get younger, sexier girls when they&amp;#39;re even more established career-wise.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To combat these sly attempts at manipulation, guys have decided that merely putting an engagement ring on her (while avoiding any concrete action to make the wedding happen) would work as a brilliant way to shut her up and allow her to live her own fairy-tale Disney life for a few years, luring her into prenuptial limbo where he can continue to get free milk without being nagged at while tricking her into the illusion of &amp;quot;progress&amp;quot; in the relationship. It&amp;#39;s shitty and unethical to continue to dangle the marriage carrot just to extract as much sexual benefit out of the girl for as long as possible, but girls have nobody to blame but themselves when this shit happens. Instead of asking honestly why their men are refusing to marry them, or trying to make themselves marriage-worthy by self-improvement and finally push him over the edge from a &amp;quot;maybe&amp;quot; to a &amp;quot;yes,&amp;quot; they try to trick, pressure, manipulate, and scheme their way to making their men feel compelled or shamed or guilty enough to marry them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey, here are some radical ideas, ladies&amp;#33; Maybe try losing weight. Their main ulterior motive in life is to be bound at the hip financially to a man with resources, so that they can anchor him down, bleed him dry, and leave him out to hang once his utility is depleted, with the added cherry on top of &amp;quot;being married&amp;quot; and being able to show off that she&amp;#39;s desirable and commitment-worthy to her friends, family, and society. Don&amp;#39;t even bother reasoning with these desperate greedy hags. Anything you say can and will be used against you, and her catch-all defense will always be, &amp;quot;If you loved me, you&amp;#39;d marry me.&amp;quot; Hey, if we&amp;#39;re trotting out platitudes, what about this? &amp;quot;Love is unconditional, but marriage is conditional, so marriage is not about love.&amp;quot; Checkmate, you nasty sluts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keep taking these girls for a ride, I say.
