Suggestion for improvement of current capping situ

Suggestion for improvement of current capping situation.

Hi everyone,
This is my first post in the forum, please dun flame too hard ya.
i am currently in oversea, and i believe that hard capping to be implemented is totally unfair and thoughtless, not even to normal usage users.
It is fair and I would agree totally on the principles that capping has to be implemented in order to provide fair service for everyone.Nevertheless, this is not the right solution or the way things should be done.

Have they even considered about the consequences and unjustices here??
1)A customer pays part of his hard-earned income in order for them to get certain bandwidth and quality of the internet, but now they are capped due to tm policy. This is not fair.He supposed to get for what he paid.

2)Stupidity.If this is to be implemented, Would who want to subcribe to high bandwith package as what you will get at the end of the day remains not much of a different comparatively premium package.Unless you only serve from midnight 12am to 12pm based on current implementation i read here.
Most people would be sleeping especially most of tm ideal usage users.
In conclusion, more angry and frustratred customers who complain and thus leading to reduced subcription of tm broadband, reduced tm income and finally slowing down our country broadband penetration and implementation of National Plan.

3)No real benefit gain for normal usage customer, capping at 0.5 mbps.
Situation 1,
Considering a house of 3 people sharing 1mbps connection, night falls internet capped at 0.5mbps,surfing together would have problem not to mention if one watches a clip from youtube.Time wasted for loading.Hard capping does not serve the purpose of better service.

Situation 2,
A mother who works from 8am to 5 pm. After a long tired day and got herself back from work. Mind missing and thinking of skyping her daughter who currently studying elsewhere as to try try find out about her wellbeings there. And gUess What?
She found herself capped by tmnet.A normal video conversation would not even worked properly with this capped. Both ended frustrated with the internet.More and more complains and lesser customers for tm.

Positive gain from tm action.
Less bandwith more income but less customers too.Nil gain.
Reduce heavy downloader from downloading 5- 12 pm temporarily. They can just continue their activity and leave thier computers on from midnight to morning.

Nothing that i can really see of much benefits or non at all.

Alternative i would suggest,
Attached is the internet service provider here.

http://www.upc.ie/broadband/

Sorry dunno how to put image.

* Unlimited written there is not totally unlimited , it is subjected to fair usage policy of 250gb a month.
Actions are taken against customers for excessive usage above agreed bandwidth.
First, a warning letter from the ISP here. If customers do not complying, they will be charged accordingly for additional bandwidth exceed. Perhaps 1gb per rm10

I find this very fair as every customer is subjected to its own actions. If you do not follow rules or download more then you pay more.If you are a person who wants to download alot then pay for more premium package.
Fair for tm and fair for customers.
Only problem is that the capped limit to be implemented for unifi in malaysia is way too low compared to the standard. That's the reason why everyone is complaining about capping.Just increase the capped tmnut.

It is a give and take situation.

Hope this gets to tm.
