4s 9.3.2 update

i update my 4s to 9.3.2 via OTA and after restarting it shows "connect to itunes".

So i've tried to restore it back using the same firmware using itunes and after half way restore process it show "error 29"

What should i do?is it already bricked? anyone facing these kind of problem?
