Checking if Turboed-10X

I am on unifi 50Mbps@RM180/= and waiting to be Turboed-10X.
No eMail, no SMS, no hint however if I am eligible and whether my area supports 500Mbps.
Asking TM people is like barking to a dead old tree.

Lately, my WIFI connections register a 50+Mbps connection when speedtest.
This happens to a couple of devices like Hand Phones and Laptops.
Previously, the most I can get is around 20+Mbps, or 30+Mbps if lucky.

Upstairs is my older PC linked by Ethernet Cable to TM's router.
Speedtest register only 50+Mbps. Status of the router is 100Mbps.

Downstairs, a newer PC is connected via a usb WIFI adaptor (D-link DW171).
This also register 50+Mbps speedtest sometimes.
Previously (1 to 2 weeks back) it won't. 20+Mbps, or 30+Mbps at most.

Does this mean that TM is testing my area ???
I can't be sure if I am turboed-10X or not because the router is from TM and already some 4 years old.
I am guessing if I am turboed-10X, my ethernet wired connection should at least register above 50Mbps to 100Mbps because that is what the old router is designed.
All cat cables are from TM which I guess are cat 5 only.

I do not plan to buy a new router as yet unless I am very sure they will turboed-10X me.
Otherwise I shall terminate my existing service and opt for the 100Mbps@RM129 or so.
this way I save RM50/= every month and spend no new cost in the new service (unifi or maxis or otherwise).

Any one having similar experience to share ????????????
