Letter of offer and Employee Handbook

Hi,

Q1)after we signed the letter of offer, we have to compliance with the Employee Handbook of the company,right?

Q2) However, all the while, we will not know got chance to read the employee handbook before we becoming the staff of the company. How do we protect ourselves?

Q3) Is letter of termination legit? because it is like over-write your Last day of work after serving the notice, if the employer do not release the letter of termination. Some of my colleague still not leaving company after serving the notice because the company did not release the letter of termination.
This letter of termination is included in the Employee Handbook. But, not in the Letter of Offer.

Kindly advice.

monthly claims not paid

i am not a confirmed staff and i want to resign. my notice will be 1 week and i going to fully serving the notice.

However, the company has not paid the monthly claims for 3 months to everyone.

Question : Even i am not a confirmed staff, i still entitled to get back my monthly claims, right?

Old desktop, graphic card spoilt

Spec :

Processor : Inter Core2 Duo E6750
Motherboard : MSI MS-7350 P6N-SLI
RAM : 2.0GB DDR2 (667) Memory
Casing and PSU : ATX casing c/w power supply 400W

GC : 8600GT (spoilt)

I will get a new PC, but, would like to change my graphic card to get the pc usable.

But, I get confuse by the PCI express slot and not sure which graphic card is suitable for my pc.

Could you please suggest me a Graphic card without changing any other parts?

budget wise abt RM200-300.

I have a house monthly installment rm6,500 under 3 ppl names, not including my wife.

My wife have a car loan. Monthly installment rm750.

Thats rough commitments we have.

I plan to buy another property. This property will put under my name and my wife name.

Can someone give me a help on roughly how much property loan i can get?

Wireless adapter question

the different between N and G, is it just the speed different?

is they any performance different between PCI and USB?

I am using Unifi, but my desktop is upstair while the modern is downstair.
and my desktop location is quite at the back of the house.
my ipad also hardly get the connection from the location of desktop.

Can any1 recommend me a gd wireless adapter? if i didnt change my desktop location.

hi all, i have encounter super slow unifi speed when i connect Unifi using wireless adapter.unlike other bro who still manage to get 2mbps

the speed test for streamyx is normal. I still hvnt cut my streamyx.

for the unifi, the slow are super slow.

my laptop have no problem. it is only happen to my desktop connecting using wireless adapter.

my wireless adapter is D-Link Wireless G DWA-510 Desktop Adapter.

can any1 tell what is the problem and how to solve it? thank you.

I know that we will be given a phone number when we apply Unifi.

1) My question is that, can I cut my current line, and the use back the phone number for Unifi phone?

2) Can I install fax machine?
