Non panel bank vs panel bank

Hi guys,

We know that everytime when we see a new housing project, the developer will teamed up with certain banks which are called panel banks to offer special package to buyers for home loans.
What if the customer do not want to get home loans from the bank panels but instead prefer to find their own non-panel banks?
I will like to know what is the difference between getting home loans from panels and also non-panel banks?
Is there any advantages taking from panel banks and also is there any extra charges should the customers prefer to take home loans from non-panel banks?

Fixing kembara rear seat belt

Hi there, as stated recently perodua is giving free installation to fix rear seat belts for all its car. I owned a kembara and i noticed that there's already 2 seat belts behind..but when 2 of my friends put it on..theres no space at all for the 3rd person to seat..so meaning that i need to still go to perodua service centre for them to fix the 3rd seat belt which is in the centre? Anyone here had already fix his/her kembara?

i have experienced a few screen freeze either while playing game or when starting the dashboard today..at one point..there's a 3rod lights flash up..i was terrified..after i switch off and turn on again..it could load normally..i have read a few forums and they claim its something to do with the power supply..any comments or suggestions to fix the problem anyone? i still got lots of games to play with it..dun want it to die now..

now everytime after a few minutes of playing, the game freeze..have to shut it down and on again..but no signs of red lights at all

New 16:10 resolutions unlocked

Microsoft has announced recently that there will be new 16:10 resolutions which is the 1440x900 and 1680x1050 for the 360. Does it makes any difference to the games ownself resolutions? As far as i know, all the games resolution is 720p. In my opinion, i guess although the xbox have this new resolutions, it doesn't change the resolution of the game. Instead the game will still looks stretch on the 16:10 monitor.

What do you think guys?
