Hi there.

I have a question. My uncle had bought a house under loan without MRTA back in 2004. Now he is no longer employed as he's under EPF's invalidity pension (pencen ilat), which doesn't suffice to pay the mortgage amount.

What are the options he has to settle the mortgage? Could you the interest amount be reduced/waived? Thanks.

Hi, I'm planning to propose my girlfriend but I'm not really interested to do it in a restaurant.

Googled few ideas and quite liked garden proposal. But the question is, are there any nice scenic garden in klang valley ?

Not planning to book the whole area as it is going to be just the two of us. A picnic styled proposal.
