Surely, Penang has a lot of new properties built over last 10 years as the property prices have grown faster than KL or any where else in Malaysia. I would like to see a forum on Penang&#39;s renovation, contractors, dining/lounge/bedroom furniture, kitchen cabinets, home appliances and any other household items that we need to purchase for our new homes in Penang. There is no point of reading what we can get in KL. It&#39;s too time consuming and yet you get disappointed for not getting the appropriate info to do your renovation in Penang.
