Hello, this is nothing cupid but I seriously do need some advice.

I'm having problems with this person and communication between us is zero. We so happen to be in the same company.

The problem is, my department need him and is for me to decide to take him in or not. And I think he would love to come into the department because my department is way better than his. He is fine with other colleagues.

If I take him in, there will be too much problem since communication is the main thing to get things done.
And the relationship between us will never ever get any better.

So I'm attracted to another friend of mine "again". We have know each other for 5 years since high school, but was apart for quite some time already. We still keep in touch and meet up only during reunions.

She is the friendly type that have a big bunch of friends. (a lot of guys too) But she wont couple with anyone because her family wont let until she graduate. (mummy's girl)

So I'm not expecting anything to happen this coming 4 to 5 years. I just want to know how to make myself standout among the others. So that her first choice is me when her parents release her.

I like a girl who categorize me in her "friendz forever" zone. We were close friends and if that continues, we will surely get no where.

Following LYN's advice earlier, I start to avoid her.(I dunnu what help it does) I stop calling, sms, msn, email, movies, eat and even stop talking to her.(giving short reply and rejecting offers) We have been helping each other in many things. I also stop helping her and rejected her help.

The problem is, she is really confused about my sudden change of behavior. Me too, dont know how to move on from here. She haven approach me to talk the problem out yet. I really dont know how to handle this. Please advice.

I have been in CC quite a lot lately and have noticed something. When a guy have fallen for a girl, he tends to be a "mister nice guy" to the girl. And when these LYN bro report to CC, most of the response are like:

So now...

We are normal friend again. got back as normal friend.
But the problem is, she will start avoiding me again if I flirt with her. E.g. If I tell her she's cute, she will show me she is not interested to talk to me anymore. It will take sometime until everything get back to normal.

And if i continue to pretend nothing happen, then I am getting nowhere. I dont want to be "Friendz Forever"

Hi guys!
I have just started my diploma program this month and found out that it's too easy. All I'm learning is all the basic I did during form 4 and 5. So now I'm worry that I will be wasting my 2.5 years in diploma.
I'm not planning to work after diploma but to continue to a degree. I choose diploma at first because I thought I will get early exposure to the course I'm interested in. I'm also worry that I will have a hard time when I start my degree.
So should I change to a course like A-lvl or SAM that will prepare me better for university? Or should I just finish my diploma and continue to a degree without fear?
