Ok, seems like he is too afraid and closed both of his threads quickly after this case had been brought out by one of the forumer here. At first he claimed that his 'labour' in China leaked his design out, and he will question them. And then he said the factory 'shared' the same design with other reseller and closed the thread quickly. That's one-sided explaination.

Chchyong89, if u're really innocent, why are u so scared? I don't see any reason for u to stop selling ur own DAC since it's designed by urself. Come on, don't tell us what 'i'm a selfish seller i only want to sell the product myself and wont let 3rd party sell it'. That's pure bu11sh1t.

And yeah, hifimediy had replied regarding this issue.
