Hey guys, has anyone seen gel type bird repellents, non toxic type in any stores around klang valley?
I've seen them overseas but so far in Malaysia I could only find the sonar type repellents.

THE WEEK OF TASTE 2013 EDITION @ PUBLIKA SOLARIS DUTAMAS - 14 OCT TO 20 OCT

Hey guys this year's The Week of Taste event will be held at Publika Solaris Dutamas from 14/10/2013 to 20/10/2013.
Do drop and participate in this showcase of exquisite food and wines.

The Week of Taste is a celebration of flavors, good food and healthy living. As part of the event, educational workshops are scheduled during the week.

Participants of all ages will get the chance to experience first hand the wonders of food. From the origins of various food, the marketing and finally the tasting of the products. In the workshop, you will experience it all.

3 thematic were implemented during the week:

- The Tables of Taste: particularly intended to restaurants, this theme invited the Chefs to create a menu so that the public could discover their know-how and their specialties.

- The Workshops of Taste: organization of various activities to initiate the public to “the taste” (cooking classes, talks, …)

- The Lessons of Taste: implementation of a pedagogical program in various culinary schools for both adults and children.

Participants will also experience wine tasting, cooking classes and many more exciting programs.

The world showcase of food will be held for 7 days from 14th - 20th October 2013 and 3 delicious days at Publika Solaris Dutamas from 15th - 17th November 2013.

A master workshop will take place at Publika Solaris Dutamas from the 15th to 17 November 2013.
During those 3 days, over thirty exhibitors will present, explain and sell their products. You will be able to discover:

Booking Fee Refund Problem

Hi guys,
I have an issue which I am quite worried about.
I bought a unit at Subang Park Homes on January 2013 and paid a booking fee (which is refundable). I have also a receipt which states the payment is refundable if bank loan is rejected.
after 2 weeks, my loan got rejected by 2 banks, I emailed it to the agent and developer together with the cancellation letter.
After that, the agent told me that it will take 1 month to get back the booking fee. By March I called again and the agent suddenly pushed everything to the developer.
I called the developer since than and each week the accounts person who process refund kept delaying with all sorts of reasons like server down, person in charge not in, management haven't approve.
I am worried I may not get my booking fee back. Anyone can advise what I should do next? How long normally is the wait? What happens if the developer decides not to pay all booking fees or deposits? Any other place I can seek help with?
Please help.

In the event that someone passes away, you are given a choice to marry in 100 days or 3 years, I'm not sure if it applies to all Chinese tradition or just the hokkien community.

I just want to find out, why is there only 2 options available? are there any 3rd options?

Is any way out of it?

Blackberry Browsing While Roaming (without data)

Hey guys,

I just wanna know, does anyone know why, when I disabled data plan on my BB, and turned on Wi-Fi, but still unable to browse or use 3rd party apps?

I will be going overseas in a few days, I would just want to use my BB like a normal phone (with wifi) and turn off data plan but at the same time can still browse on Wi-FI.

Can anyone tell me if there is a solution to this? Thanks!!
